Hello,
This is a unique approach to sell / buy, good job.
You got a bug.
You can’t checkout if you choose store pickup, it show error “shipping address is required”, also if customer is picking up the item, delivery fee option should be updated to free (0).
Suggestions:
Add “become a seller” form to remove the need for admin, adding seller manually
Also add wallet system,
Add a chat system
Also are you planning to add mobile app
Thank you for your findings. I’ve already taken a note of it.
Are you planning to add mobile app?
Currently we don’t have any plan for mobile app.
Doesn’t the store owner have to purchase the product they published for sale only from their own store? For example, store A lists product A for sale. A customer selects that product, adds it to the cart, and before reaching the payment page, there is an option to choose between delivery or store pickup. At that point, the user can change the store and select a different one. But that other store doesn’t have the product listed — they never published it. How is this possible?
Also, please explain this to customers and potential buyers the same way you explained it to me.
I’ve checked and got the issue. Thanks for finding and sharing the issue. I’ve taken a note of it. In our next update, the issue will be resolved.
Within this time, you can open a support ticket at https://viserlab.com/support to resolve the issue immediately for you.
What is your update plan? When will it be released? The errors mentioned above are still continuing.
Thank you for following up. At the moment, this script is not in our update queue, so we don’t have a confirmed release date for the next update.
Your response here contradicts what was said earlier. Previously, you mentioned that the issue would be fixed in the next update, but now you are saying there is no update in your queue. This is quite confusing. Until you provide updates and solutions, we cannot use the software — we are just waiting. Earlier, you also said, “open a support ticket and we will resolve it immediately,” but nothing has been resolved and everything is still pending. We hope these updates come soon so we can actually use the software. Otherwise, our purchase will go to waste. Thank you.
Thank you for your message, and we apologize for any confusion caused by our earlier responses. To clarify, we never said the script will not be updated. The fix you mentioned is planned, but it is not currently in our update queue, which means development on that update has not started yet.
Once it is added to the queue, our team will work on it and release the update. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re committed to ensuring the script functions properly for you.
If you’d like, you can also submit your current issue via a support ticket ( https://viserlab.com/support ) so our team can advise on possible workarounds in the meantime.
I’m interested in getting this but on category page, why not make it look nice grid like that of the homepage.
Thanks for your feedback! Just to clarify—currently, the category page already displays products in a grid view similar to the homepage. Could you please share more details or a screenshot of what exactly you’re referring to? That would help us better understand your suggestion.
Hi as you mentioned “2. Is money involved in the exchange?
Yes, the system works as a buyback and resell model. The platform (admin) buys the product from one user and then sells it to another.”i personally feel this is not easy. admin can’t buy all the things unless he is rich or millionaire.because there are more sellers of used and refurbished product than buyer.no one can stock that much.Do you have any other idea?
Yes, there is another feature available. Admin can manually contact some store owners who purchase and sell this type of product. So the admin can add them to the system, and they will get a store panel. So users can sell products to these stores.
In that case, the system will work like a marketplace.
Does it support right-to-left languages like Arabic?
Hi,
We provide ready-made code packages, and you’ll receive exactly the same files as shown in the demo.

As I have read in the description of the script, people can exchange items between them. How this works, what is the logic behind the script? As I have not managed to see the way of exchange of items in your demo.
Thank you for your question.
In the current system, users can submit their items for sale either to the admin or to a selected store. Once the item is submitted and approved, the admin or store owner can re-publish it on the platform for other users to buy.
So rather than direct peer-to-peer item swapping, the system follows a buyback and resell model, where the platform acts as an intermediary.
We appreciate your interest! Let us know if you have more questions.
1. Sorry for not understanding your reply, please explain me how the exchange of items function on your script.
2. Well exchange of items, I understand that no money are involved, am I correct?
3. for each item that a user wants to either sell or exchange, will the administrator need to approve it? if yes, what happens with some hundreds of daily listings?
Thank you for your questions. Let me clarify how the system works:
1. How does the exchange or sell function work?
Users can sell their used products to the admin. When a user wants to sell an item, they choose the product category and answer some predefined questions. Based on these answers, the system evaluates and suggests a price for the product. If the user agrees to the price, they can submit the sell form. The admin staff (or the user directly) can then arrange to send the product to the admin. Once the admin receives the product, they can create a new post to resell it, and other users can purchase it.
2. Is money involved in the exchange?
Yes, the system works as a buyback and resell model. The platform (admin) buys the product from one user and then sells it to another. It does not offer direct peer-to-peer item exchange without involving money.
3. Does the admin approve each listing?
Yes, items submitted for selling go through admin approval before being listed for resale. If there are a large number of daily listings, this can require active management from the admin team to handle approvals efficiently.
Hello
-is this a marketplace platform for other users to buy sell their own phones, or could it be set only for the website owner to buy and sell from to visitors ?
-Is maintenance mode working with available website browsing, per allowed ip address defined in settings ?
-Is there a way to populate and update products list automatic by scrapping other website source for models and specs ?
-is this editable product options, swatches and labels depending on price change ?
Thanks
Hello,
Thank you for your questions. Please find the answers below:
- This is a marketplace platform where users can buy and sell their own phones, as well as browse listings from other users.
- Maintenance mode is functional; however, currently, there is no option to restrict access by IP address.
- At this time, there is no feature to automatically populate or update product listings by scraping data from other websites.
- Regarding editable product options, swatches, and labels based on price changes, please let us know if you need more details or specific functionality.
Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.
Best regards.
Nice! I already bought.
Few questions? (1) How does the system protect the buyers as well as admin from a seller who fraudulent sell a defective product? Any KYC system and direct debit authorisation from the seller to site admin to ensure that refund can be recovered from the seller without any hassles? (2) Can I disable the sell option and use it as s single vendor shop?
1) The KYC system is available in this system. When a user or customer sells their device, they must first register. After registration, they must complete KYC verification if the admin has enabled it.
2) No
To register as a seller, the system currently requires the admin to create the seller account manually from the admin panel..?? Why? This is not good and a real dealbreaker.
as its an exchange system, admin needs to verify them
Why does the admin need to verify them? And how does the user know who and where to contact the admin to start selling…
There is no user type of seller. It has a shop panel that is added by the admin. When users want to sell, they will find the nearest shop list that is listed by the admin. The user will provide the product to the shop. And when users want to buy products, they will find the shop list and they can collect products from these shops.

How to register as seller?
To register as a seller, the system currently requires the admin to create the seller account manually from the admin panel.
At the user’s side there is a buy and sell menu. How does the sell works?
The user can submit a product for sale. The admin reviews the listing, sets a purchase amount, and once done, the product is listed on the site for other buyers.
So what’s the difference between the user’s sell option and the seller’s account log in?
seller’s account means shop account. Admin can give the product to any listed shop in the system to sell. Once the product is added, users who want to buy the product can see that the product is available at which shop.
I’m still confused about the seller’s account. 1. At the seller’s account at Purchases menu there’s an Add New Item which seller can add it’s own product based on admin’s category settings. So seller can also add and sell its own product same as the user’s sell menu. 2. How can admin assign a product to a seller?
User sale product, shop owner / seller login will publish these product to his store, buyer will buy the product form shop. Here seller login means shop owner login
What will user and seller/shop earn if the product is sold?
Admin collects products at a low price and can sell them at a high price.
Ok. Now I understand how this system works. Thanks.
Another question. Who will the user-seller gets its earnings if admin bought the user-seller’s product? I did not see wallet balance on user’s dashboard.
The Process is: Seller adds the product for sale -> Admin checks and collects the product manually and gives the amount to the seller manually -> then admin or shop owner lists the product to the system -> buyer buys the product -> admin or shop owner gets the amount.
Ok. Understood. Thanks
