Fresh Installation: Upon initiating a fresh install, I receive a 405 Method Not Allowed error along with a general server error message. 2. Dummy Data Import: When attempting to import the dummy data, the system throws a 500 Internal Server Error. Currently, I see that the system allows adding the same email address multiple times to the same list. Actually, the ideal behavior should be to prevent duplicate email addresses in a list, so the same person doesn’t receive multiple emails. Can you implement this feature? 1.Currently, moving contacts from one group to another and tracking whether an email has been opened are not supported features. However, we’ve noted these as potential future improvements.
2.Our system includes a campaign log tracker for each campaign, where you can view metrics such as bounced, delivered, clicks, unique clicks, and opens. However, tracking at the individual contact level is not available at this time.

2.An “Agent” refers to an employee who works on behalf of customers.
3.The “Note” feature is intended for taking quick notes for your convenience.
4.Currently, only the Argon and Neon themes are available for the blog section.
