Hi, please confirm if the following exist or are on your roadmap :

- Do you have subscription membership feature or is it planned ?

- Does you platform allow chat between customer and provider or is it planned ?

- Does your platform allow the provider to upload files for customers (for example selling his own design or digital stuff) Because I think this can also be done from the chat option

- Can you add Loyalty Point like a cashback wallet or is it planned

- I see that you have 3 app separate this is not optimal when you can combine all of them into one it’s just based on role redirection if admin > redirect to dashboard else if Provider > redirect to provider page else if basic user then redirect to homepage

1. Currently, the subscription membership feature is not available in the system.

2. Yes, the platform supports real-time chat between customers and providers.

3. Only the admin has the permission to add services. Providers can subscribe to available services but cannot upload or manage their own content directly.

4. Yes, the loyalty point system (similar to a cashback wallet) is available.

5. The User, Provider, and Serviceman apps are developed separately to ensure a clean separation of roles and better performance. At this stage, we do not offer a combined app solution with role-based redirection. Thank you

In your next version it would be good to add openstreetmap & mapbox (more and more platforms are using these open source and free maps) with google map it is becoming expensive and we cannot make it profitable

Add a feature to hire someone, for example, I have a problem with the TV and I want to fix it. I will send the problem in the application with my opinion and there will be an auction based on the price or reason. Choose a provider.

Customers can submit their service requirements through the application, and providers will be able to place their bids along with pricing or justifications. Most of our provider teams have given negative feedback regarding your landing page and Flutter web app UI. They were expecting many more features, options, and a more user-friendly experience.

There should be an option where a provider can hire servicemen based on their qualifications—either on a monthly salary basis or a commission basis.

Additionally, there should be a system where a serviceman can independently apply to join the nearest provider’s account.

On the landing page and web app, the platform owner should be able to add various types of content—such as information, images, GIFs, and videos—in multiple ways.

**When a provider registers their on-demand service company on the platform, there should be an option for a one-time registration fee or subscription charge. This is important because when everything is available for free, providers often lose interest in actively working. As a result, it becomes very difficult to find truly active providers.
