Sir it basically depends on lots of parameters especially the content size, server location, CDN setup, code structure, etc and you will get different results every time, I just tested from the same website and found 35% even if you test Amazon.com the worlds best eCommerce you will 45-50% so I think there is no need to be worried for this report sir.
