If I allow multiple vendors to register and use the platform, and I plan to charge them (either via subscription or commission), Do I need the Extended License, or is the Regular License enough for this use case?

Sir it basically depends on lots of parameters especially the content size, server location, CDN setup, code structure, etc and you will get different results every time, I just tested from the same website and found 35% even if you test Amazon.com the worlds best eCommerce you will 45-50% so I think there is no need to be worried for this report sir. Sir, selecting a brand is a mandatory field when adding a product. However, if you do not wish to display brand information to customers, you can disable the brand visibility on the customer end from the settings.

Still, for system requirements, a brand needs to be assigned when adding a product. You may use a general or custom brand name if you don’t have specific branding.
