Is there a way to make sure the latest version update does not delete any additions made by the app owners? For example, if you updates are based on modules, they should not affect other modules that are added to the app.
New module will never affect old modules. If you find this type of any issues, you can take support from our technical support team.
But you told me before that if I added new features in the app and later apply your updates, it will delete the features I added. Is this correct?
Do you mean your custom features? If you customize the code, it may give rise to issues when you push the update. It would be better if you contact our technical support team regarding this if you want to update it.

I received and email on May 11th that there is available update but when i logged in to my admin, I don’t see any new version. Is there a new update available?

Version updates can affect both the backend and the mobile apps. If you’ve customized your app or backend code, directly applying the new update could overwrite your custom features or cause conflicts.
Can you also answer the first question as to whether there is a current version update available?

Add a “Pay” option directly in the form. When the user selects this option, the app should skip step of money enter and immediately proceed to the PIN Code and OTP verification screens.
