I bought and installed your product a couple days ago.
When I go to my domain I get the following error:
Invalid hostname! Only proper subdomains (excluding IPs and “www”) are allowed.
I am unable to access the admin dashboard.
Your documentation does not tell us how to resolve this issue.
I submitted a teams message but still no acknowledgment of my message or any response.
Please what is the issue causing this error and how should we fix it?

What type of response is this??
I said I already sent a Teams message sometime ago and still I have nor received an acknowledgement of the message or a response to the message.
Please provide the service you are supposed to provide. It’s obvious you’re not even monitoring or responding to the Teams platform either
You cannot have a product that wont work upon fresh install. You need to resolve this ASAP. I also sent a message on your Microsoft Teams link and no one is responding. Please do what you need to and stop wasting my time. I really dont want to be forced to leave a review of your negative handling of this issue. You can easily resolve it. Its probably something simple but you are not handling this matter properly at all.
We always operate in fast mode and aim to assist our buyers as efficiently as possible. However, we have not encountered this issue before. Based on your request, we attempted to accept it, but it is not redirecting properly—this may be an issue with Teams.
