The URL redirect you coded stopped working; you can test it yourself. Follow the link to a product >>> log in, and you hit a 404 error.

I have waited long enough for this request; I just thought of a cowboy workaround for anyone wanting similar function.
1st i will create a category call it “Home” Then I will assign what i want advertised to the Home category and then redirect my domain to the category Home basically, Domain.com/home becomes my home page.

Default url is where your index.php file is located. You can however create your own landing page, and from there send users to default subdomain or another directory.

Its very simple. Create a landing page, in your root directory. This has nothing to do with DDP, and just somewhere within link to your DDP.

Remember we have a Mod that redirects to the page being browsed as a landing page after user login , how would this affect it.?
Currently the page lands on index.php, looking at its content , there is quite some information in there, do i need to replace the index.php?
Also – more importantly—I want something i can be updating , not a static page, so a redirect to DomainName.com/category/home/ is my preferred option.

You should add a way to enter a preferred URL within the DDP application admin panel – this should be easy for you.
just to add the DomainName.com/category/home/ in the admin
so in simple terms, we should be able to set any of the created categories as Home page within the Admin panel…
I found a quick way you can make this requested adjustment: On the front page you have ….
Sorting Options: Reset, Name, Price, Likes, Add Custom (Admin Picked).
and then expose it to Admin Panel

Sorry, there is no bulk product adding feature. IF you r 5000 pdf’s are in some type of database format, than it might be possible

Does this script support Protected Pages, can I create my php pages and add your code that allows only specific membership level to access them? I have another script (membership pro) that does that, but this one have digital downloads which I also need, trying not to duplicate code if is not necessary.

Well i thought you did, and i just found out the issue persist – i can give you a user loging details and you try login to a link that requires login just to test. i tried it from a fresh browser to be sure its not cache…same result

You can sell any type of digital items, but auto install like Play or App store is not possible

This is a very useful and great application for hosting files and documents.
You are a genius for developing such an app, the interface is simple and straight to the point, easy to use.
You have put in some hard work to achieve this level of success.
However, I feel your focus has now been redirected towards other projects etc.
While I do understand that you cannot dedicate time to just this one application release as a project and have it as the only source of your income for your spent time. I can advise that it can be a good source of income if you redirect your attention to it.
Here is why: I know other applications sold on codecayan (Qdocs for example). they are making a lot of money and this is due to the fact that they have designed their program in a way that makes money on different fronts around their application pack development, this also forces them to keep the application alive and updated.
This great DDP application might go dead and obsolete after a while if you don’t follow the same strategy.
Ideas i suggest that you pull these ideas and start to develop chargeable plugins to add to the DDP application solution to move it into the market competition. e.g. develop a plug-in for: -SSO plugin integration -Cloud storage plugin integration -Local Storage plugin integration – etc By taking this approach you will be sure to make money on the efforts you have put into this. I know i would by your plugins if they were relevant to my solution.

Sure, you can sell any type of digital media. There is a larger image, once you click on the main image. You also have an option for an image gallery. As for an external storage, currently there is no option.
hey mate. Finally i installed your Digital Downloads PRO. I have one only issue: In home/products, when i try to add a new product, there is NO WAY to find the “files” attach button. So when i try to click on the button “Create new product” always is shown the red message “Please select at least one file.”
You need to configure file directory first as per install manual, upload your files, and afterwards you can select them from the list. To create secure file directory have a look here https://ckb.wojoscripts.com/article/digishop-module/
