Please optimize so that it doesn’t consume so much DB. It’s impossible to send campaigns with more than 2000 contacts, and if you have several in parallel, you kill the DB. I’ve tried everything from DATABASE – REDIS – SQS, but the bottleneck when scheduling the campaign and scheduling the queue kills the server at that sending level. For shipments less than 1000 there is no problem, but on a large scale it is a headache.

As I checked the demo, there is no option to set a retry option, such as specifying how many hours or how many times to retry.

We created a template with a URL button. However, when we try to open the image in the message, it redirects to the URL instead. As a result, we’re unable to view the media properly—clicking the image opens the link instead of the image.

When a customer sends a message on WhatsApp, it does not reach us. However, when we send an official template message, it does reach the customer. I have a WhatsApp application hosted on a server and connected to Meta. Incoming messages do not arrive, but outgoing messages are working.
