The affiliate add on can you can help make some changes or add another features when I make purchases?

The affiliate part when a users refer someone to buy a product when does the system credit the person or approve the earnings, is it after purchase or after when the buyer has received the order?

what is mean by Affiliate Link Validatin Time (Days)? if set 30 days

1) if promote link is copied and posted on any blog. once customer open link and 30 days till if he purchase then counted as profit on promote link ?

2) if promote link is copied and posted on blog. after 30 days that old promote link will no longer work and all traffic after 30 days who open promote link will get no profit ?

Please confirm here in details as I checked no single answer received on this.

30 days is for cookie time when someone open link to count as valid purchase or promote link is only valid for 30 days and affiliate user has to change promote link after 30 days on blog where he get traffic ?

Can I configure the system so that referral earnings are credited to the customer’s wallet exclusively, without the option for cash withdrawal? Is it possible to control this from the admin panel? I would appreciate a description of the process so I can check the demo.

Can referral links be enabled by default for all registered customers?

If a customer has a wallet balance from referrals or other sources, how does the payment process work?

Is the wallet balance automatically deducted from the total purchase amount?

Can the customer choose between using the wallet balance or paying with a different method?

How is the payment handled if the wallet balance is less than the total invoice amount?

I’d like to suggest an update/add-on to our affiliate system. The idea is to allow users to earn commissions not only from referrals but also from their own purchases, under certain conditions.

How it works:

1. Users earn a commission when they buy products for themselves.

2. Users can also buy goods for friends and family, and still receive commissions.

3. Users must register to become a Sales Affiliate (just like they register to become a regular Affiliate) in order to unlock this opportunity.

4. This creates a business opportunity—users can actively market all products and earn for every purchase they or their contacts make.

Conditions for Earning:

Not all users will be eligible to earn commissions on their purchases immediately.

Activation happens with the first order and unlocks the opportunity to start earning commission.

When a user registers to become a Sales Affiliate, they are automatically placed on Probation Level:

On probation, the account is inactive but registered.

To activate, the user must place their first order.

The probation level lasts for one month—if the user makes their first order within that month, activation applies for that month.

For other levels, activation happens as soon as the user makes their first order in a new month.

To keep an account active, the user must place at least one order every month.

Benefits:

Encourages consistent monthly activity.

Increases both purchases and user engagement.

Positions users to treat this as a side business, promoting and using the platform while getting rewarded.

I’m currently using the Active eCommerce Affiliate Add-on and facing a couple of limitations that I hope can be addressed or improved in future updates.

There is no option to set a customized commission percentage for individual affiliate marketers. This feature is essential for offering different commission rates based on performance or agreement.

While I can set the commission percentage for affiliate marketers, there is no option to offer a custom discount to customers who purchase using a specific affiliate link or code. This is a very common marketing feature that helps boost conversions and gives value to both the affiliate and their audience.

Both of these features are very important for running a flexible and competitive affiliate program. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there are any upcoming plans to include these functionalities or if there are workarounds I can use in the meantime.

how can you improve this so that, 1 useer can have 1 referal link and be identified on all product sales, not geting a seperate link per product.

Great script. I wish, you could have MLM option and “Affiliate” option for vendors as well. Because, basically mostly your script is being used as “Multivendor Script” and trust me it stands alone…wonderful! Please add MLM option and Affiliate option for vendors as well.

I am using an offline payment gateway but facing two issues:

1. The offline payment system does not show up when the guest checks out. However, when the user logs in and checks out, the offline payment gateway options are displayed.

2. For digital product purchases, it would be better if the process were automated by verifying the TRXID provided by customers, instead of being manual. This way, the digital product selling process would also be automatic for the offline payment gateway.

For example, platforms like Udyokta Pay, Unique Pay BD, etc., have such options.

Hi, i see in this affiliate addon , only referal code is being used on user registration only . how about if i want to use referal code on become seller form? means to check registered shops refred by someone like how on users works? and also is the on registration form to put where user can type the referral code (optional) instead of link ?

Please you need to include notification so that anyone registring as an afilliate can know that the registration is successful and should recieve a welcome email with instructions on how the program works.
