I am really interested in your script but in my country we do not really use zipcode for directory but States and cities.
Is there a way to make the whole script work with only city and state
Serviceable Zipcodes should be SERVICEABLE CITY OR STATE.

Yes, we understand that different regions have different systems. Our script supports two types of deliverability: zipcode-wise and city-wise. So if zipcodes are not commonly used in your country, you can easily configure it to work based on cities only.

The “Add New Areas” option is no longer visible in the menu because we have transitioned from using areas to using zip codes and cities for deliverability. This change is part of our efforts to improve accuracy and flexibility in our delivery system.
However, for legacy support, we continue to show the option to our existing customers who were previously using the area-based system.
