Hello, I’d like to know if this system can create composite products like the following: EXAMPLE
DISH - PROTEIN - INGREDIENTS
When the protein and ingredient have global inventory and are shared with other products, the cashier selects the protein and ingredient and, if available, allows their selection; otherwise, they cannot be used.
Also, is there a way to add ingredients with their predetermined quantities?

A question, is this plugin compatible with multi-currency currency?
That is, can I select currencies from the POS page? And can I issue the invoice in any of the currencies? Or can I record the payment in just one currency, or is it compatible with the currency rule based on the payment method: i.e. - Payment 1: USD - Payment 2: Currency 2

Our plugin is compatible with the checkout feature of CURCY. If you enable multiple currencies at checkout, you will also be able to select and use those currencies on the POS page in the same way.

You built a nice and simplified plugin. But some of your features are not working correctly.
1. When Hide out of stock is enabled, even out of stock items are showing in the POS for cashier and admin
2. In product override option, all products showing quantity as 100. Not showing actual quantity of the items, how to fix it?
3. There is only payment option Cash in POS, but in retail shops customers used to pay using Cards too. How to add Card option in POS checkout?
4. In POS after selecting an item and the customer when I click on Checkout, it just keep showing loading icon, but order process in background. How to solve it?

If the issue persists on your site, please check if any third-party plugins or caching might be affecting it.
3. You can add a card payment option by enabling the relevant payment method in your WooCommerce Payment settings. Once added, it should be available in the POS.
4. The loading icon appears while processing the order, which is the expected behavior. After this, the cashier can proceed with printing the receipt. Could you clarify what different behavior you are expecting?

The notification will close after 3 seconds, but you can hide them using custom CSS. As for the open/close register function, I’m afraid it’s not possible at the moment, but could you clarify your opinion how this feature should be?

When you open a cashier you enter an amount (this amount normally is the one that is put in the register), when you finish your day you enter the amount again, this helps keep track of the operations. Good luck.

1. The cafe/restaurant mode is supported in the premium plugin since version 1.0.1. This feature is not available in free WebPOS.
2. I’m not sure what you meant, but customer can buy your products on front end and, the process is just as always, add product to cart and place an order on the Checkout page. You can test our free WebPOS for a better view.
3. Yes, it’s possible.
4. Yes, barcode is auto generated
5. I’m afraid there’s none at the moment.
6. It depends, as long as they are compatible with the devices you’re using. You can also try the free plugin above to test.
7. For now we don’t support SaaS version, but yes, you can use our plugin for multi vendors
8. I’m afraid it’s not possible at the moment.

I’m sorry, I may have misunderstood your inquiry. I was thinking of “multiple outlets” instead of “multi vendors”. At the moment, WebPOS isn’t supporting multi vendors, I’m afraid.

I liked the plugin and I am planning to enroll it to my store. However, I have a concern about some requirements from the Saudi zacta authority. There is a requiremnet to have Simplified Tax Invoice which is an invoice that is usually issued by a Business to consumer (B2C) containing all simplified tax invoice elements in term to issue this invoice there has to be some kind of integrations with ZACTA. I did visit the demo and seen everything but I am afraid I did not find what I was trying to tell you. In short words, here in Saudi we have special requirements for TAX which includes integrations with Saudi authorities which requires some changes to the plugin. Therefore, Can I Request extra feature to the plugin after I buy it? even it requires extra fees.

Hello, I have some questions about your plugin, vitepos is compatible with multicurrency and multipayments. I would like to select the currency in the payment. example: I have an order in my cart for $100 and 2 currencies USD (1) and EUR (2) cash: $50 another payment: EUR would be a value of 100 eur according to the conversion Can your pos do that function?

Question before purchasing Can it be linked to the cashier or cashier system? For example, when completing the cash payment, the cashier’s box is opened.

Regarding your first question, our plugin currently doesn’t support linking to a cashier system to trigger the cash drawer when completing a payment.
As for the second feature, when the restaurant/cafe mode is enabled in the POS, you must select a table for each bill.

I downloaded the trial version but the product cannot be added to the POS it does not appear in the POS

I added a product in my WooCommerce products section. I opened the point of sale and I don’t see the product.
For example, I have a grilled chicken product and I added it to the products section (simple product) with the price and description. I can’t find it in the point of sale section

When searching, the products appear, but I want to display the products so that they can be chosen from, and not by writing the product name in the search, as shown in the preview form.
