For people thinking about buying: the app currently can’t be installed Build failes with an exception. The support works this way: contact them on whatsapp, they wont help you thourhg whatsapp but send you another link to their support ticket system where you need to start a ticket you will not receive an email with your ticket number it will only be displayed one time and YOU MUST need this ticket number in order to go back and check your ticket status and read their response. You want to start a new ticket because you dont have the initial ticket number? You are out of luck, their ticket system makes sure that only one ticket can be started by each purchaser. So as it stands, they responded to my ticket but I can’t check their response because I didn’t write down the ticket number presented to me during ticket creation, they dont send it to you via email at all. And you can’t start a new ticket. So the so called “support” is very scammy. I can’t recommend this company right now, the support is made to complicated for a reason, they don’t want to hear from you they just want you to give them your money once and they are gone.
