Hi, How can i get token for my application to develop the app.

There is only login token that is needed

If I purchase this module, will I get the mobile app source code?

Source is completely free which if you have extended license of main app and rest api then you can download it

we have reported many times about a BUG in this REST API module. When we want to POST a new client using this module calling the API, the module creates the record in users table but it does not create the record in “client_details” table, which it is necessary to display the client in the client list table. Then the client is not successfully created.

We reported this issue many times in your support ticket system but staff doesn’t fix the issue. This issue was reported many months ago and today no solution.

If the REST API module is not able to create a client, it is not useful because this action is a basic action

Yes but I reported this issue many months ago through your support ticket system. I ‘m PHP programmer and I think it is not complicated to implement queries in your API to insert data in client_details and related tables.

The tickets were closed by your team without fixing the issue.

REST API continues wihtout being usable or workable. First of all, for example to create a client from REST API, many fews fields are requested and the client creation is almost empty the rest of the fields. You can create client with only 3 basic fields and the rest you should fill it manually.

If you are using REST API features you should have the feature to create a client filling all fields from REST API, otherwise it is not useful.

Also we reported a bug many weeks ago and no fix from your side yet. When you create a client by REST APÎ, the system doesn’t not apply the full privileges for this client. so the client cannot go into invoice section, support ticket section, etc… because of 403 error due the privileges are not assigned correctly. Then when we create a client by REST API, we have to fill the rest of the fields manually and restart the client roles manually to fix the issue.

Currently this module is not usefull or usable because there is many basic parts to improve and fix bugs. Your team is developing new modules for this software but all has basic features and many bugs without fixing them. Maybe less modules with full features than many modules with bugs and not usable.

How to fetch all active employees? There are no proper details in the documentation you provided.

we are using employee route with fields and filter by status=active. For more details please contact via support ticket.

I am considering purchasing the Worksuite REST API and have a few questions based on my experience with the demo version. Please find them below:

1. I noticed that when adding a task in the mobile app, it defaults to a private task. Is there an option to set the task as public directly from the mobile app?

2. On the website, there is an “Assigned To” option when adding a task. Is this feature also available in the mobile app?

I would appreciate your clarification on these points before proceeding with the purchase.

The mobile application is development is in beta version and we developed to view the data instead of creating the data. so we will develop it in future updates.

Documentation has no arguments for custom fields does it support custom fields created in Worksuite

Sorry but it is not available in documentation but you can find the custom fields in the settings and you can implement custom fields in application.

You can use our webhooks module and add zapier URL in that module and then zapier will handle leads employee etc

The Panel Says Latest Version of REST API is 4.0.1 But the Download is Giving only 4.0.0?
