I’m new to investment platforms, so this may be a simple question: when someone deposits funds, does the admin have to invest them manually, or does the system use an API to handle automatic investing, lending, or staking? Can the admin set the profit rate? I’m looking for a hands-off setup where users deposit and the platform handles everything in the background.
This is a HYIP platform where users invest by purchasing plans. They will receive ROI automatically according to the plan settings. However, all investments and returns are managed within the system; there is no external API for automatic investing, lending, or staking.
Can’t users withdraw the balance they deposited? Only the balance in the interest wallet?

Users can withdraw from only the interest wallet. Also investment plan will pay the interest on time. Just check that you’ve configured the cron job properly.

Just look into your code, there you find the firebase stuff? grep on Linux finds it very fast. You use firebase for push notification. assets/global/js/firebase/configs.js is even your old login data

I would like to clarify how the investment plan operates. For instance, if the investment period starts on 1st January 2025 and ends on 31st January 2025, clients are expected to receive their investment returns at the end of this period. However, if a client registers halfway through the month, say on 15th January 2025, will they receive the same return amount as those who registered at the beginning of the month?
The month doesn’t work like first to last day. If the investment plan is monthly, then the time is 30 days. That means if any one invest on 15th of January, the he will get return after the 30 days of the investment days.

learnt a lot of people face problems updating your scripts… lot of errors… and why is that ?
None of our original system users facing issues when updates. rather then updates confirm more stable version with advance security
i dont know how true it is, but i learnt the customer support is very poor. i really dont want to be a victim of that.
besides, i learnt that most of the support are paid, and this is very discouraging.
support depends on when you are creating a ticket. bcz of timezone we not remain online at same times. sometimes clients create ticket on midnight when we are sleeping. normally our response time is 15 min from 11AM – 8PM (GMT+06). if you raise a ticket within that time you will get instant responses.
please, negative comments from already users on your script with errors among other really prevent new users. i want to purchase this script for a long term project but if i face any of these complained problems, i will really be in hot fire by my users.
there are several reviews. better count those. positive and negatives then calculate their issues and compare with positive rating. you will have ur answers
