Hi, I have clients and I provide support to them via WhatsApp app. They pay me a monthly fee. I would like to know if I can program this ChatBot to:

- Send a billing reminder 5 days before the due date.

- Send another reminder on the due date, this time with a link to pay via gateway.

Is this possible?

Important and utility feature:

on campaigns page, you should put a column “whatsapp number”, because if a person use 2 numbers, is important to know each number is doing each campaign

When a customer sends a message on WhatsApp, it does not reach us. However, when we send an official template message, it does reach the customer. I have a WhatsApp application hosted on a server and connected to Meta. Incoming messages do not arrive, but outgoing messages are working.

How to connect Whatsapp Business Account Without API

As of now it depends on Cloud API

hay, after i try your demo for vendor account, i just see only one whatsapp business id to set, are you sure this system can use multiple whatsapp business account id for send campaign?

For each vendor account there you can connect multiple phone numbers from single WABA account.

i want to know, where vendor document to help using this system? like how to set bot, i just see technical document and set up, not for using it, because when i try your demo its complicated for basic user

On page “messages log”, option to select all by filter “incoming” and download .xslx file with all answers i received from my clients + their numbers

It is urgently needed to have the option to use it with WhatsApp Business not only for accounts with API, just by scanning a QR code like in WhatsApp Web… creating and using a bot with just that action is a great help, if they sell the adon I think it wouldn’t matter, those of us who have this in the extended version have API and QR clients…

Works fine on Apache. Have lot of issues with Nginx

It works well on Nginx also, our demo site is running on Nginx server.

What’s the recommended server requirements that can handle 10k to 20k contacts and bot automation? Handle thousands of contacts and automation without issue? shared hosting, vps, what configuration?

Shared hosting won’t work in such a case and you may need to go for VPS etc we can’t say exactly but you can start with small and increased resources based on the requirements.

There is a serious problem with sending large volumes if you send campaigns of 5,000 – 10,000, even if the template does not blind in low quality, the system is super slow, even if you use REDIS to manage things, you use a VPS, 8 GPU, 32 RAM, the system is not capable of processing queues quickly, also if you have different vendors and the shipments are found, it is only capable of solving 1, maximum 2 at a time, which is not efficient as a business, also if a campaign is delayed, fails or bugs there is no way to pause or stop it, only destroy it from the database and delete the queue to prevent the system from generating a large snowball with jobs. In short, the system works for small shipments but for large volumes it is impossible.

Application is very much efficient to handle large number of messages defiantly it depends on server how fast it is, there are many things which may impacts the speed etc.

Issue found in auto requeued logic: Hi, I found an issue with error ID 131049 where the message was automatically requeued. I had scheduled a marketing offer message on Thursday, 1st May 2025 at 1:20:01 PM, and the offer ended on 5th May. However, the requeued message was sent yesterday, on 7th May 2025, which is after the offer expired. So, this seems to be a problem. It would be better to manually set the vendors to ‘wait and retry hours set’ instead of auto requeue.

On Meta, you can add three CTA URL Button, but in the app, there’s only one button. Can you enable adding three buttons exactly like Meta as soon as possible?
