What is the backend of this nextjs app?
Laravel
is this purely all javascript? or does it also use a php backend like the other laravel item you have.

Hi, Can you assign agents to particular chats on those sites? Can the chat window be customizable per separate site instance it’s deployed to(Ex 2 Wordpress sites and 3 php scripts?

Yes, you can assign agents to specific chats. You can view the source of the chat (i.e., which site or source it’s coming from) and assign the appropriate agent accordingly.
Regarding your second query, while it’s not possible to customize the chat window separately for each site instance (e.g., for different WordPress sites or PHP scripts), you can customize the chat window itself. This single, customized chat window can then be integrated into multiple sites.
