After testing the system, I would like to share some constructive feedback and suggestions that I believe are essential to enhance both the user experience and the platform’s overall functionality: Overloaded design: The homepage currently includes too many animated illustrations, which creates visual clutter and lacks professionalism. I suggest using clean visuals or real medical imagery for a more trustworthy appearance.

Missing banner/slider: A dynamic main slider should be added to highlight clear CTAs for:
Booking a medical appointment
Joining as a doctor
Medical departments carousel: A carousel showcasing all medical departments is needed. When users click on a department, they should be redirected to the corresponding booking page.
Confusing CTAs: The current calls to action are not well-defined. Users are left uncertain about whether they should book an appointment or register as a doctor. Each action should be clearly separated and well-targeted. Currency conversion issue: If a service is priced at $20 USD, Latin American users are being charged 20 units of their local currency (e.g., soles, pesos), not actual USD. This can cause serious payment errors. It’s crucial to implement automatic currency conversion or clearly define the charged currency in the payment process. Outdated and unstructured design: Both login and registration pages need urgent redesign. The current layout, images, and form positioning are poorly structured and reduce user trust.

Completely redesign both login and registration forms
Use modern form validation and responsive layout
Integrate Cloudflare Turnstile instead of Google reCAPTCHA for better performance and security Misaligned buttons: In the dashboard, several buttons are poorly aligned or positioned inconsistently, which affects navigation and overall usability.

I recommend applying a clean and consistent UI/UX layout for better structure and ease of use.

1. Consider if patient does not take appointment online and doctor creates the patient from doctor panel and provides prescription, how will the patient login then? How will the offline patient get id password for future login? What is the flow? Explain please.
2. What if scammers take fake appointments? How to stop that from happening?
3. Can we add sms verification option for booking confirmation? In the final step of booking otp will be required, like this? Is this feature already there?
4. It does not even verify user email after taking appointment, it just gives access to the dashboard and confirm booking. How to make it via email verification?
1. In regular licence I can not charge end user and in extended licence I can, can you explain? Me, as a doctor can not charge my patient online or me as a SaaS owner can not charge doctor? 2. In regular licence I can not provide my stripe, and paypal keys to the software as a doctor and as a SaaS? 3. Can doctor add their custom domain without hassle and just from their dashboard without the need of any help from us? 4. In regular licence is the project still SaaS? What shortcomings it has in regular licence, explain in detail. 5. The zoom api I need to put as a SaaS or as a Doctor? 6. Each doctor under the SaaS can not set their own zoom api? Or it needs to be done from SaaS panel and globally for all doctors?

1 & 2: Using regular license there will be no payment gateways, payouts (cmossission system), affiliate & you can’t charge from your doctors & doctors can’t charge from patients
3. Custom domain setup involves DNS configuration by the doctor and domain alias setup by the site owner. To add a custom domain, the doctor must purchase a domain and update its DNS records in their domain panel.
4. Both licenses include the same features, except for payment gateways, the commission-based payout system, and the affiliate module.
5 & 6. As the Admin, you can either configure a global Zoom API for all doctors or enable each doctor to use their own Zoom API by allowing individual setup.

I have tested the platform on my local setup, and I noticed that when I try to add a service or a service category, the system redirects me to the home screen instead of proceeding with the expected action. To ensure it’s not an issue specific to my environment, I also checked the live demo of Doxe, and the behavior is the same there as well.
Could you please confirm whether this functionality is already developed, or if it is still in progress from your end?

If you are using old version then I suggest you to upgrade your script to the latest version.
I recently purchased the DOXE SaaS product from you and have been setting it up. However, I have encountered an issue within the “Staff” section. The “Service” module is currently not working — I am unable to add a service category or create new services.

I’d like to better understand your application. I understand that it’s a SaaS application for managing patients, clinics, rooms, prescriptions, and doctors, but I don’t see the user interface for patients who want to make an appointment with the clinic, doctor, or hospital, as you mentioned in the features (Patients will book an appointment for specific doctors and need to pay for online consultations using PayPal/Stripe). When you enter (user: patient, pwd: 1234), the application displays the following error (Incorrect username or password).

After booking you will see the payment option but maybe this can be disable on demo purpose.
Note: I have reset the patient password and now this will work fine: (user: patient, pwd: 1234)

Can doctors create a standard forum for their patients? For example, when a patient books an appointment, they automatically gain access to a specific form, which they can fill out in advance. Once the doctor accepts the appointment, they can ask essential questions within the forum, saving time during the consultation.
Does your script currently support such a feature? If not, would it be possible to add it as a custom request? If so, what would be the estimated cost?

I have installed your script but could not able to create different type of users. Like doctors, pharmasisit. how can I do that?
Click the sign up button and register as a doctor, inside Doctor panel you can add staff and patient from let sidebar menu
I also have an issue with your dosing schedule. You have only 0-4 and 0.5ml – 5ml. What if I want to enter 1000mg ? Also when i clicked the plus sign to add a new item, it only shows 0-4 and then i could no longer find 0.5 – 5ml anymore in the dosing schedule. The dosing schedule is confusing so maybe you should explain how it works.
Its just 5 min work increase the dose so don’t worry about it.
