I tried several times to test the app but at anytime I requested a ride, the driver is not picking up. No ringing at all. Secondly, when a new update is coming because there are few suggestions. I am waiting for the next update. Meanwhile, how can I test this app?

Suggestions
1- In both apps, when the ride is canceled, the other party receives a dialog box informing them of the cancellation. This is fine, but it would be interesting to add a repetitive sound alert, since the user is often in a noisy place and does not notice the notification.
2- In the driver app, why is there a button for the driver to inform them that they are on their way? I think it is an unnecessary button. This is the only app that has this button. It is enough to have the I HAVE ARRIVED button.
3- The app has many dialog windows to confirm each action. For users who use the app on a daily basis, it becomes tiresome.
4- In the driver app, is it possible to define an exclusive and prolonged sound for the ride request screen?
5- It would also be good to inform the driver of the distance from the driver to the pickup address.
6- Favorite addresses and recently searched addresses are also missing.
For 1) We recently updated the app’s notification sound. We can further enhance it so users can easily recognize the app and check the ride status promptly.
For 2) Could you please explain in more detail which button you’re referring to? I didn’t fully understand your point.
For 3) This is necessary to prevent users from accidentally updating a status. Once a status is updated, it cannot be reversed, so we ask for confirmation.
For 4) Currently, a ringtone plays when a ride request appears in the driver app.
For 5) Good point — we will consider this in the next update.

We recently purchased your Taxi-Rider-16 app from CodeCanyon but are encountering critical build failures when trying to compile the app, specifically with the Braintree payment integration.
Issue Details: 1. The build fails during the Gradle task ’:flutter_braintree_betc:compileReleaseJavaWithJavac’ 2. The app uses a custom Git dependency for Braintree: flutter_braintree_betc: git: url: https://github.com/appmeetmighty/flutter-braintree.git
Error Messages: - The plugin is using deprecated Flutter plugin registration methods - Specifically, it’s trying to use the ‘Registrar’ class which has been removed in newer Flutter versions

One question, why do the icons of offline drivers remain on the user app’s home page? If the driver is offline, the icon should be hidden. Imagine if my app had 3,000 drivers, the home page would be overcrowded with icons. It wouldn’t be possible to see the map properly.

For 1) yes ,otherwise they didnt receive the ride. For 2) Yes, you can set from settings -> wallet setting -> Driver Wallet Minimum Amount to Get an Ride , from here you can set minimum amount , otherwise leave it blank.

Are you working on the God’s view? Also, I think you need to change the ring method to ringtone instead of notification because most people turned off their notifications for many reasons.
I tried to test but the ride request did not reach the driver. I tried it many times but no luck.

Regarding the ringtone: In both apps, users typically do not disable notification permissions because the notifications are essential to the core functionality of the app. We do not send unnecessary notifications. Also, we’ve added a custom notification sound so users can easily recognize alerts from this app. - If the ride request is not reaching the driver, please check the following: 1.Are you selecting the same service type that your driver is registered for? 2.Is your driver online and marked as “in service” in the admin panel? 3.Does your driver have the minimum required wallet balance to receive ride requests? 4.Is your driver’s location within the allowed distance radius for ride assignments? 5.Check the admin panel to see which driver the ride was assigned to. If another driver is found nearby, the ride might be assigned to them instead.
Why does the message “Rider has already in ride” appear every time I try to test it?

I want to buy this app, but the weak point is the sound of the request notifications, and also the fact that it doesn’t have the feature (overlap/wakeup/drawover) that in the Android version, makes the request screen overlap the other apps.

However, we appreciate your feedback and will consider adding this feature in a future update. Regarding the notification sound, we have recently updated it.
