Region Setup: Demandium’s region system doesn’t support a global setup by default. To make services available, you must:
Assign each service to a region
Link providers or provider zones to that region
Ensure the zone includes valid serviceable cities/areas If any of these are missing, the system will show “No service available.”
Loyalty Points & Referral Settings: You can find them in the admin panel:
Loyalty Points: Business Settings > Loyalty Point Settings
Referral Commission: Business Settings > Referral Settings Reference Screenshot

If I create a geographic area covering the world, for example, and then add all service providers to this area (the “world”), my question is: Will the app automatically display service providers close to the customer’s location, or will it display all service providers, both near and far, registered in the entire world? In other words, will the app display all service providers to the customer, or only those closest to the customer’s location? My second question is: Is there a way in the admin panel to force the app to display only service providers close to the customer, rather than all service providers?

First: Your application is really great and the best thing about it is that the site manager is the one who controls the services and prices so that everything is organized for the customer… But there is a fatal flaw in the application which is: The nearest service provider to the customer is not determined automatically, rather the site manager must divide multiple regions and then choose the service providers for each region, and dividing the regions is very tiring and takes a lot of time and effort… My question is: In the next update, will there be an option for the site manager to choose either dividing the regions as it currently exists in addition to the option to choose the service provider closest to the customer automatically and specify a geographical distance, for example, the service provider is 2 km away from the customer, and so on… Will this option be available in the next update or not? Please answer clearly
