Is the last update time accurate? 14 February 2023, I want a LTD but you don’t seem to sell one on your own site?
Hello! Yes, we’re working on a new update with a code refactor and some fixes that will be launched in a month. Make sure to validate your license to receive the automatic update notification.
I’ve opened a ticket on your site, and it’s been weeks and no solution. Automatic updates don’t work. This software, documentation and support are not fit for purpose in my opinion.

This is simply not true, For anyone interested, here is the support ticket – https://ibb.co/KpbfBbK7. You can clearly see they asked and a link was given to extend access (after it had already taken two weeks) over two weeks ago, and I even chased it up 3 days ago with no response!! They are certainly not waiting on me – It is also worth noting you don’t get an email when they respond from their helpdesk sos you have to keep checking

It looks like the page you shared doesn’t exist. You can update your product version by selecting Envato Market and entering your Envato product purchase code along with your email address in the license tab.

It would be nice if through the API, you can request a “DEMO” of X days. If this “site” has already been subscribed to, you may not re-subscribe to that plan model

Uploads are WooCommerce native feature. You only have update the version in the software tab. In any case we can provide a refund if this doesn’t fit your needs. Best regards
