Pre-sale question… In its documentation it says…
Configure your web server’s document / web root to point to the /public directory of the software. For example, if you’ve uploaded the software in example.com folder, your web directory should be changed to example.com/public folder.
But the root directory of the main domain does not allow this change! So, how do I install the system in a main domain?

I purchased a Extended license for the system $99, but I’m unable to install it because the purchase code doesn’t work. I opened a support ticket (Ticket #3849512) regarding this issue, but I haven’t received any response. I’ve also sent several emails, but unfortunately, there has been no reply whatsoever. Very disappointing experience so far.
