Hi, thanks for your feedback. After sign-up, if the mobile number is not provided, it’s mandatory to update it—this is why we didn’t include a back button on that screen. Also, if we were to add a back button, it would only end up closing the app, which could create confusion for users. That said, we appreciate your input and will definitely consider improving this in future updates if we find a better solution. Thanks again!
I am testing your app but I noticed that there is no ring tone when a request comes for the driver. Do you have a ring tone feature? The other thing i noticed is when you use the schedule booking feature. When the driver arrives at the pickup location, it requires a code and there is no code to enter. I don’t know if this is a bug or not.
I am talking about the OTP code.
- OTP code it will show in rider app its not a message it will show in Rider App Popup View.
- When new Ride Request Detect in Driver app its play notification Tone if notification permission and sound is on. And when open driver app its start ringing for new ride case till you accept or decline that Ride.

And while we are setting up its backend, when we are creating a user in the user table, the login is not happening because – we have not defined our user_type. I have tried 1,2,3 and even by keeping admin but it is not happening. Please tell me how to do it.

What did you update in your March 30th update?
Also, I dont see a bird view feature in the admin. Will you add it? I also do not see schedule booking feature in the rider app.
No updates on March 30th, just some text changes. bird view feature means?. We’re currently working on the schedule booking feature and will provide an update once it’s complete.

I’m interested in purchasing this app, but I need clarification regarding the ride-sharing feature. I see that users can select the number of passengers when booking, but I would like to confirm:
1. Does the app support multiple independent passengers joining the same ride at different locations along the route?
2. Can different users book a seat individually in a shared ride, or does only one user book for all passengers?
3. If multiple passengers can join along the way, how does the fare split between them?

User app - Online card payment.
- Real-time driver tracking, when the driver goes offline, the car icon should be hidden on the user app map, when the driver goes online, the car icon should appear on the user app map.

2- But at least in the demo app, real-time location does not work. It seems that the system saves the driver’s previous location and displays it on the user app map. In my opinion, the demo is like this.

Hello before I buy please answer these questions 1.Can the clients order taxi without entering the destination..So that the cost of the trip is calculated based on how far the client has travelled from the time thedriver has started the ride and stopped the ride
2.Can admin order a trip for the client by entering their phone number when client calls admin to order for them incase they have no internet and cannot order through the app? then they recieve an sms that they have been connected to a driver
3.Can driver start a ride using the clients phone number and the total cost of the trip is sent to their sms when the ride ends..Thus also enables clients to get a ride incase of internet
I have asked this because the place this app will work Does not have its places recorded on google maps well..So it is important if they order a ride without destinateion

For 1) No, we do not provide this functionality. Riders must enter a destination to book a ride.
For 2) The admin cannot book a ride using the client’s phone number, but they can book a ride by entering the rider’s name. You can check it here: https://apps.meetmighty.com/mighty-taxi/dispatch/create
For 3) No, drivers cannot start a ride using the client’s phone number. This functionality is not currently provided.
For 4) I understand your concern. However, our app currently requires riders to enter a destination to book a ride. This helps ensure accurate fare estimation and efficient trip management. We appreciate your feedback and will consider it for future updates.
