hey man, you mentioned in a comment 4 years ago that you will add the customers/leads name in the appointment overview.. I see this still hasn’t happened. Also when going into a customers profile or lead it is nowhere visible to which appointments the leads or customers attended to. That is really the most basic and most important feature within a crm when you use a booking solution. being able to see past appointments for a specific customer is a K.O criteria to have a fully logical booking solution. Are there any updates (after 4 years of you mentioning it) when there will be some kind of per customer/lead overview of appointments ?

Thanks for your feedback and for sticking around — I really appreciate it.
You’re absolutely right — customer or lead names are still not shown in the appointment overview table, and there’s currently no way to view a list of their past appointments directly from the customer or lead profile.
Regarding the overview table: I’ve avoided adding customer names there so far because the table can already stretch very wide — especially with long service names, providers, and date/time columns. However, I’ll try to include it in the next version if it can be implemented cleanly without breaking the layout. If not, it will be bundled into a bigger interface update in the following version.
As for showing past appointments inside a customer or lead profile — that’s something I’ve already added to the feature backlog, but it will not be in the next update. I’ll first need to confirm with the Perfex CRM authors whether there are proper hooks available in those profile pages. If yes, I’ll integrate it right after.
I’m actively working on a major UI/UX overhaul of Appointly: removing modals entirely, introducing larger and clearer appointment views, company-wide scheduling logic, daily staff availability, and more. The goal is to bring the module up to modern standards and provide a smoother user experience.

Actually your direct competitor Appointments module for Perfex CRM has this already implemented a long time ago. With his solution you have an extra tab inside the customers profile where you can see past appointments.
This is a direct copy of Appointly module just refactored and added few more features and made the code differentiate from the original, it is reported already to the necessary department also developer is contacted for immediate takedown.

After the latest update of the appointments module, the button that allowed creating an appointment directly from the lead profile has disappeared.
This functionality was originally included in the system and was very useful for scheduling appointments without leaving the lead’s workflow. Currently, when reviewing a lead’s profile, it is no longer possible to access the appointment module directly from there.
Could you please let us know if this functionality will be reinstated or if there is any recommended method to restore it?

Yes that was removed because there were a lot of bugs when services were included so we had to do a fresh cleanup.

the update is good but there are some problems:
- the version downloadable from codecanyon is 1.2.5 and not 1.2.6 - the contact form has some problems. If you change the services, the price, the title or the description, the form goes crazy and shows the same price for all the services.
Another serious problem is related to the date and time selector. The date is selected without problems but the time is not. In fact, the date is not shown in the selector and in the backoffice the appointment request always appears at 00.00
Furthermore, if the user selects a service in the form, when he sends the request, no selected service and no member of the team in charge will appear in the backoffice of the CRM
I would also like to understand one thing: the commitments already occupied on Google Calendar are not blocked in Appointly and the slots to book appointments are free. Is this normal?
Please, try to fix these situations and everything will be perfect. I will also be very happy to leave a great review finally

Hello, good morning. Is it possible for each user to sync their Gmail account, Outlook, or the calendar linked to an SMTP server independently, or is this synchronization general for all users?
Currently, my corporate email and SMTP are self-hosted on our server and managed with Plesk and the Outlook desktop application. However, managing the calendar has been a real challenge. Is it possible to integrate the calendar with this service?

With the new services – I haven’t had the new menu items but added them myself using polyutilities in order to then be able to access the new features
Is it possible to add questions related to the services that will pop up on the booking form for clients to fill in if they wish to book that type of appointment
Also it would be useful in order to have access to appointments and appointly services via the api and webhook – including the ability to add bookings made by external contacts to be added to the google calendar of the assigned person when accepted – at the moment I am having to do this as a manual run around and hope nothing is clashing with our other ways clients can book appointments – having the api and webhook will allow for better automations
the ability to distinguish between in person and online meetings and having different fields for the form based on that – this level of customisation to the booking form – or ability to have a separate booking form for each service please
Where do I select and configure the available time for services? For me is only showing night time/afternoon (PM)

I wanted to add this but since Appointly customers needed urgently and update currently to be compatible with Perfex CRM latest updates works with one provider. I agree with you 100% but i did not added this because it would taken 1 more week or so.
I have this planned for the next update while i also get more customers feedbacks for improvements and new features that i can implement for a better user experience.

I have one last question. Is it possible for staff members to have their own individual time slots, in addition to the service time slots?
I noticed that for appointments, the provider is automatically assigned a time slot from 9 AM to 5 PM, and I was wondering if this could be customized on a per-staff basis.

How do I edit services or create new ones? There is no such option in the menu.

Those options exists, but now that you are the second person complaining so i think there is some other module that is causing some kind of an issue that the menu items appear links are not shown.

I updated to version 1.2.6 and nothing changed, I’m still on 1.2.5 And the menus don’t work either.
I’m still available—feel free to contact me via email so we can coordinate a remote session using AnyDesk or TeamViewer. In the meantime, please connect to your host, as we’ll need access to the server files.
I’d like to inspect the setup directly. Let me know if you’d prefer to wait and join the session, or if you’re unavailable, simply provide the cPanel or server credentials so I can investigate the issue. It’s possible that a low upload_max_filesize (e.g., 2MB) or another backend error is preventing proper execution.

Yes but I recommend you to wait a bit, today I will deploy 1.2.7 version with important and critical fixes and some new improvements for Emails and SMS including new email templates for when appointment is updated, all will be mentioned in the change-log.
Anyhow yes you can do this via FTP by removing the Appointly folder from modules and add the new folder from appointly.zip

It stopped working after the new update of Perfex CRM. Any update to fix the but? I tried disabling 1 by 1 modules, CRM works after disabling this. I can send video if you want.
