In admin web, what is subscription package under subscription management? How does it work?

Sir, In Demandium, the Subscription Package feature under the admin panel’s Subscription Management section allows the platform to generate revenue by offering paid access to service providers.

These packages define:

The registration fee for providers

The duration of the subscription

The number of services a provider can list

When a new provider sign up, they are required to choose and purchase one of the available subscription plans before their profile becomes active and eligible to receive bookings. Each package can have its own pricing, validity period, and service limits, giving the admin full flexibility to offer tiered access options.

Once a subscription is active, the provider’s services become visible to customers. After the package expires or the usage limit is reached, the provider will need to renew or upgrade their subscription to continue offering services.

I really want to purchase this but there’s 1 bug turn off, PAYPAL…I’ve seen comments where persons have been asking for paypal for more than 2 years which kept being promised and it’s still not here, the last comment was Spanish which I don’t understand but I know the person was inquiring about paypal and you offered customization, please add paypal, im sure you’ll get way more people to purchase your code but as of now I’ll look elsewhere until I see paypal integrated, im from Jamaica so we don’t have much option here

3- Regarding payment flow: Do all customer payments go to the admin first? Is admin approval required before funds are released to service providers?

4- Can multiple providers offer the same service? If yes, how does this appear to customers in the app interface, and what options do customers have to choose between different providers offering the same service?

Sir, Coupons are promo codes created by the admin for specific services or categories. Customers can enter them manually on the cart page during checkout (example: https://prnt.sc/_AJqY1gVziAl). They’re ideal for targeted offers and limited-time promotions.

Discounts are automatic price reductions set by the admin—no code needed. These apply directly to services and are great for general promotions, such as new user offers or seasonal deals.

You can manage both from the admin panel under the Promotional section.

To track bookings made with a specific coupon code, go to Admin Panel > Bookings. Each booking will show if a coupon was used and display the code.

Can u expain how cash after service work flow for split commessions between serviceman-provider-admin?

Sir, In Demandium, servicemen work under the provider and are usually salary-based, so they don’t receive individual commissions. For cash after service, the serviceman collects the payment from the customer and hands it over to the provider. The provider’s wallet is then updated in the system, and the admin’s share is settled manually. Please note, the system only records transactions—cash handling is done outside the platform. Hello, I would like to know if there is a possibility of reducing the steps for a provider to register? I have the application about to be launched and the test users complained a lot about the steps it takes for a provider to register, they said it is tiring, or I suggest that you change the registration with reduced steps and that the subsequent information is added as soon as the account is created, from the provider’s profile.

I have tested the application many times to make sure it works and now I want to delete all previous booking requests that were for testing only and I want to delete all customer data and service provider data and for all statistics and financial reports to be zero meaning I want the application to be without any previous data and return as if it is a new application that has not been used… How do I do that and delete all previous requests and all data? I want to know something about schedules, depending on whether I’m a professional and not dependent on a single job.

1) I have staggered schedules throughout the week, for example, Monday, 4 hours in the afternoon, Tuesday, 3 hours in the morning.

Is this system set up for me to work this way?

I’m explaining this because a psychologist told me, I work Monday mornings at an institution and in the afternoons at the office, but the schedules vary. Mondays I work from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesdays from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and some days the schedule changes on the fly.

I saw the demo from the provider, sir, but I should perhaps modify or create another one from to, because not all professionals work in a continuous period. They usually work 8 hours in two shifts or, as I told you before, split shifts if they have more than one job as a professional, always projecting the previously named psychologist professional.
