Hi! Is possible to make a customization on the system? as i work with the main woocommerce invetory…. adn thats my primary location lets say outlet 1. But i also need to know where the stock is because sometimes my items are in outlet2 (wharehouse) however if someone order will not be deducted fro outlet 2 as the system manages the inventory separately. Hi! Iam helping a client that have buyed the plugin from you. We have som issiues/questions.
1. When pressing Pay now by the option Chip & pin nothing happens. 2. How do I not allow refund by a cashier/seller without my approval? If a seller in the restaurant want to make refund, I want my approval to let them do that. 3. Is there an option where you can register if you have withdrawn money from the cash register? 4. Hello, for many other POS solution I notice when load the POS page and do scan using barcode scanner automatically add the product to cart to need to select search bar.
For OpenPOS when I load the POS page it does not automatically select the search bar – so I have to select search bar and then scan item using barcode scanner. Right now when visit POS page, cashier have to click on search bar every time need to search item. This repetitive actions should be removed for cashier – all POS solution provider make easier on cashier make faster not have to click search bar every time need to scan item.
Any workaround for this? Or possible in next update?
