Well… herein lies the problem… I can’t generate a new zip. It gives the error stated above… “Please choose a TURN SERVER MIN PORT NUMBER, no lower than 19000”... when the value MIN PORT NUMBER is 49152. So… how is this overcome? i mean… I’ve kind of owned this thing for over 3 years and every time I try it its some kind of problem. Please advice with a response other than needing to pay some extra money for what should be working by default please. How am I going to get the backend server zip?

Seriously dude… i have some people who bought my plugins who are looking for a livestream alternative to the livesmart server. I wanted to give this a shot at installing again (on and off for over 3 years it won’t work) and after succesful setup to point them to this plugin instead, and help them install it. You still have not answered my question in response to the video link I posted. If you say its working, explain what is occuring in the video. Also, I’m not sure I would refer them to this plugin at this particular point as so far you’re not being very helpful. My issue is not a “paid support” issue. Your vague documantation,. and failure on the form for zip file, make this plugin nearly impossible to install for anybody who hasn’t dealt with turn servers before. I really need what you have to be explained so it can be installed, or livesmart it is and a definate black flag “keep away” for anyone looking to use this plugin in the multiple sngine and facebook groups. I mean… really. I am just asking for PROPER instructions to install this, which should already be part of the product, and an explanation from the video of as to why the zip request form isn’t wiorking, even though you say you tested it. I’m starting to get a little irate over here and I really don’t want to be. I’ve got frigging 12-13 hours into trying to sort this hot mess of an install process out.

The personalized work for the PWA would cost too much and not everyone can afford it, instead if you sell the plugin at a reasonable price, many users would buy it. Try to make a survey among all your customers and not, so you will already know if you will sell enough to be able to earn. I don’t want a personalized job but buy the plugin if you put it on sale. I also recommend you sell all 3 plugins in bundle so users will pay only one subscription and not 3 different
