This is a module for Perfex – you need to have Perfex CRM, too.
Presale questions: every time when Tenant created will create new database and have all perfex crm configuration means if i have 10 tenants and i ll have 10 dbs if i can delete one db the rest 9 will have no issue? and i saw subdomain option but some clients they may not like my root domain is this module support custom domain ?
Thats correct. All tenant dbs are independent. Right now, we do support subdomain concept.
could you help to understand this ”* If you disable access at a module, all related files will be deleted. This action can’t be undone.” how about data related to that module will be deleted as well or when module enabled again will have every data related to that module ?

Some third party modules do use uploads folder under their own structure. Disabling an activated module will delete its folder and thus said, all of its subfolders/files.

Thanks for your suggestion – however custom domains are not possible without external services (ie Caddy server etc). Not all webmasters have the need of custom domains – it adds unnecessary complexity for the traditional SaaS concept which stores tenants under subdomains.

For example we don’t want to offer invoice and proposal feature, etc.?
You can set their usage to “0” – This wont allow them in the tenant plans.
Hi can I make a package with different module ? so maybe there is different add on at user backend.
because perfex has a lot of addon/plugin, I want to make a basic fitur first and then users can upgrade to add on they needed or there is a package that has different addon to subscribe.

Hi i purhcased a regular license for your saas module and regular license for perfex crm, when i create a company and add it as tinant it’s created subdomain url but url throwing 404 error, i’ve installed cyberpanel on my dedicated server integrated with cloudflare. Can I use your add-on to run the same Perfex CRM (regular license) for all 4 internal companies in saas? They are not for sale; I just want to save costs in this regard.

Perfex CRM has a regular license, not an extended one.

If you are not selling subscriptions to end-users, you can work with a Perfex CRM regular license.
Please contact your Real Estate Module author team, to verify if their module needs an additional license. All third party modules can be included (as available) in Plan Management of our SaaS module.
Admins of the tenant installations that fall in the same plan, can activate them, making their functionality available to the whole installation.

Every tenant is supposed to be isolated (database/data etc). The specific need you have, can only implemented with custom development.

You can use the MySQL way to support your Plesk installation – its pabel-agnostic.
We might include this in the future, there is no ETA yet.

As there are multiple Essential Modules for Perfex CRM, So Is that Possible that the Created Tenants Can be use the modules also that the main Instance or the Admin is installed. Is that Possible or Does that require some Extra Efforts or Something extended licenses for that Modules.
Yes, you can include available modules per plan. A regular license is requires for them.
