I have questions before purchasing. Can Providers add services and set their own prices? If possible, where can I add services?
No Sir, The providers can not add the service and the prices of the service. The admin can only add the services and the pricing of those services. Thank you.
1. Service providers should be given the opportunity to post their services.
2. There should be a system in place to set the percentage that providers will receive from each service completed by a serviceman.
3. As a Bangladeshi product, Bkash should have been the default payment method.
4. The website should be optimized, as I am getting the same performance regardless of the server I upload it to.
5. The web app should have been built using Vue.js, it would have worked much faster.
6. Since the provider’s sign-in option is at the bottom, most people don’t realize it and try to log in as an admin.
7. There should have been an option for customers to make digital payments after the work is completed.

Organized and Filtered Structure for Categories, Subcategories, and Services
Goal: Keep the existing three backend options:
Categories
Subcategories
Services
Improve usability by adding structured filtering and organization to reduce confusion.
Allow full control over managing, editing, and reordering the data efficiently.
1. Categories Section When Clicking on “Categories”: Show all categories in one place (grid or list view).
Allow the following actions:
Add New – Option to add a new category directly.
Edit – Update the category name, description, icon, etc.
Delete – Remove the category (show a confirmation before deletion).
Update – Save changes made to the category.
Drag and Drop to Reorder – Change the order of categories using drag-and-drop.
Example: Categories:
Carpentry
Plumbing
Electrical
Painting
If “Carpentry” is currently in the 4th position → Drag it to the 1st position → The new order should reflect in both the backend and frontend.
2. Subcategories Section When Clicking on “Subcategories”: Show a sidebar or dropdown with all available categories.
After selecting a category:
Display only the subcategories under that specific category.
Allow the following actions:
Add New – Option to add a new subcategory under the selected category.
Edit – Update the subcategory name, description, etc.
Delete – Remove the subcategory (show a confirmation before deletion).
Update – Save changes made to the subcategory.
Drag and Drop to Reorder – Change the order of subcategories within the selected category.
Example: Select “Carpentry” → Show related subcategories like:
Bed Assembly
Door Repair
Shelf Installation
If “Bed Assembly” is currently 2nd → Drag it to the 1st position → The new order should reflect automatically.
3. Services Section When Clicking on “Services”: First, show a sidebar or dropdown with all available categories.
After selecting a category:
Show a sidebar or dropdown with subcategories under the selected category.
After selecting a subcategory:
Display only services related to that subcategory.
Allow the following actions:
Add New – Option to add a new service under the selected subcategory.
Edit – Update service details (name, price, description, etc.).
Delete – Remove the service (show a confirmation before deletion).
Update – Save changes made to the service.
Drag and Drop to Reorder – Change the order of services within the subcategory.
Example: Select “Carpentry” → Select “Bed Assembly” → Show related services like:
Wooden Bed Installation
Hydraulic Bed Assembly
Bed Dismantle
If “Hydraulic Bed Assembly” is currently in 2nd place → Drag it to the 1st position → The new order should reflect immediately.
Tech Suggestions: Use a library like Sortable.js or React-Beautiful-DnD for drag-and-drop functionality.
Use state-based dynamic loading to avoid page refresh when switching between categories and subcategories.
Use an accordion or collapsible menu for better sidebar structure.
Ensure the new order is saved properly in the database and reflected on the frontend.
Summary: Categories: Show all categories → Manage easily.
Subcategories: Filter by category → Manage related subcategories.
Services: Filter by category and subcategory → Manage related services.
This structure will make the backend more organized, easier to manage, and reduce confusion.

First of all, thank you for your great work on the app — it’s working well overall!
I wanted to suggest a feature improvement that could be very valuable in real-world usage. Right now, there’s no way for the provider (worker) to add any additional costs that may come up during the job — such as travel fees or unexpected material expenses.
It would be great if there could be one extra step before the provider marks the job as completed and requests the OTP from the customer. In this additional step, the provider can optionally enter extra charges and write a short description of those charges (for the invoice and for transparency with the customer).
This would help a lot in practical use cases where flexibility is needed, and it also ensures the customer knows exactly what they are being charged for before final confirmation.
Let me know if this is possible to consider for a future update. I believe many users would benefit from this!

Please update the UI to a more trendy and modern design. Also, consider rebuilding the website using Next.js for better SEO performance. Ensure that the website is fully compatible with Google Ads and Google Analytics to improve tracking and ad performance.

Very important feature is missing here that why no option for (digital payment after COD service) in the customer application… because most people will not pay you any amount until after the service is completed and all the customers willing to pay digital payment after the service if cod was picked by customer.. kindly plan for this in next update.

For the application, you need to configure the application with the preferred language during the installation process. Want to know this 1) All provider who register they will get notification of the customer booking, and see the booking details
2) Incause of one provider accepted the booking then the details of booking stil visible to other provider?
3) Is this have any option to make this only for lead generation script for customer, and provider or it have any option?

The providers who have subscribed to that specific service category will get the notification once any service request has been placed.
Once the provider accepted the booking request, the request will not be shown anymore to other providers.
The system consists of managing as the admin the complete system, the provider by the panel and application, the customer with the website and application and also the serviceman application. Thank you.
