They don’t have proper support, the script is intentionally incomplete, it can’t be activated as shown in the videos, they ask you to give them access to all of your domain’s cpanel and unlimited ftp, which is quite unsafe. I tried to contact them but their schedule is very complex outside of American hours and they only work a few hours. I don’t recommend it, I couldn’t use it even though I paid for it.

After submission of order for any product admin/Marchant can take action on it (deliver/hold/cancel), once admin/Marchant approved order after that Marchant can deliver the product to address of customer (which customer provide during check out).
