It’s unbelievable that I bought this code over four years ago and they still haven’t added the manual payment gateway. You add and remove features like crazy, but you’re incapable of adding a function that’s vital to this type of platform, like bank payments with manual verification. You have the nerve to say you’re available to add the function, but only if you get paid, which is incredible. The lack of professional ethics you demonstrate by charging for something that should have been in the code years ago is astounding.

In your last reply, I was merely informed that it was the weekend, without any concrete solution provided thereafter. I emphasize that this constitutes a failure in support service and a breach of the obligations assumed at the time of purchase.
