Hello, I have two questions.
1. My main website language is English. I added another language, Spanish. When I create a menu in the admin, for example, home, albums, or songs, when I change the language to Spanish, the translated text changes, but not the menus.
2. I’ve installed Redis on my server. To connect, I just need to add the details to the env file.

1. You will need to add menu item translations manually via “add translation” button in “admin > translations” page.
2. Just enabling redis should be enough usually. Unless you are using non standard host or it’s password protected. Then you can enter those credentials in .env file.

pre sales question: I already own the standard licence of this script and support has run out – but would like to now buy the full SaaS version from you. My questions are:
1, I remember you telling me last year that if i wanted the SaaS licence then the cost of the standard licence i already own would be discounted from the full licence – does this still stand?
2, After I purchase the full version – what will you charge me to to install the full licence so i have a working site that i can then setup my membership packages? I’m asking you this because my current site has never EVER worked properly – even after I paid for new support last year – so i would like you to do the install so I know its done properly please.

1. You can refund the regular license after purchasing extended one.
2. If you have any issues with BeMusic please create a ticket on our support site. It’s hard to say what is the cause without taking a look at the site.
Can you add a button to import playlists from Spotify so that users can do it and not just the administrator? That would be great.

Reading the last comments from people I see that some people are getting error but we do not get any failure, I understand that everything is related to the Spotify API, could it be that we do not get any failure because we have the Spotify API since 2019 and the status of the Spotify app is Granted quota extension?
I clarify that our latest version of BeMusic is the one you released in December 2024 (approximately).

It only occurred when searching for specific artists, so you might not have run into that issue.
Hello! I’m really loving this so far. One question in regards to mobile users who “Add to homescreen”. After changing the site name in the admin settings, it’s still showing as bemusic site title—including after clearing the cache. Is there somewhere else I should be looking to modify this? Thanks.

Yes, you can only allow a single device to be logged in at a time from settings page.
We’re not taking on custom work at the moment though.

Spotify disabled support for radio in their API unfortunately. It will only work with API keys that were created last year. We are looking for solution for this currently.

There’s no easy way to disable it on mobile unfortunately. Playback will not start on most mobile browsers if video is not visible.

Greetings and I trust that you are well. After the last update and error fix, the script keeps loading when a new artist is searched. It could take up to 3 to 5 minutes for the results to come up. For artists already in the database, it loads up sooner.

i did the update as you told in support and it deleted whole website, database is from 300mb to 25kb now, and you asked for ftp access and i wrote give me 2 mintues, many hours ago…

yes i didnt get that much respons than database is empthy with only two accounts, i have used bemusic and done the update as in your guide since june 2023 and also i updated now same as i have done the last years and the must be an bug in update because database is emtphy, logo and all info is gona, its just blank…. im goin true logs, checks .env .htaccess files, and download a backup of the account before i try restore… but please do a extra check and see if you find any bugs, this havent happend beforesince i lbought bemusic
We test the update before uploading it, but there’s really no bug that could cause this, the update only adds new columns to existing tables sometimes. For this to happen you would need to explicitly truncate or drop tables in database via some database manager or a console command, or have some custom modifications in code that does this.
