Hello,
I am using the Pro version of Conditional Email Routing for Contact Form 7. My goal is the following:
In my form I have a checkbox field (called languages).
When a user selects a specific option (for example lt-da-lt), the form submission should be sent to several recipients (e.g. 3–5 different email addresses).
I tried:
Adding multiple conditions with the same value (lt-da-lt) and different email addresses. But after saving, only the first one is kept.
Writing multiple emails separated by a comma in the “Mail to” field, but then it merges or does not save correctly.
Please confirm:
Does the Pro plugin support multiple recipients for one checkbox value?
If yes, what is the correct format to enter multiple addresses in the “Mail to” field? (comma, semicolon, line break?)
If not, is there any recommended workaround or upcoming update to support this feature?
I have attached screenshots of my configuration for your reference.
Thank you for your help!
Hello,
Thank you for purchasing this plugin. The feature you are asking about (sending to multiple recipients for the same checkbox value) is not yet available in the current release. However, I have updated the plugin to support this functionality.
I’ve sent the updated version of the plugin directly to your email, so please check your inbox. I will also be uploading this updated version to CodeCanyon soon.
Thank you for your patience and for helping improve the plugin!
great plugin! If I already installed it and created a conditional form before buying the pro license, do I have to uninstall it and reinstall the copy from the downloads page? if I do that, will I lose the conditional form that I already created? I don’t see anywhere to enter license info.
thanks
Thanks for buying the plugin! You don’t need a license to install the pro version; you can proceed with the installation now.
I would like to send a different email response depending upon which condition is chosen. Is this possible?
Do you mean a different email template?
Yes. So, for example, if the user chooses the United States in the country list it will send the email using one template, but if the user chooses any other country it will send the email using a different template.
This feature is currently unavailable. Please provide more information, and I will attempt to include it in a future update.
By default, CF7 provides only one template. How do you want to use multiple templates?
I have a form that users need to fill out in order to access a video. So the user fills out the form and the system sends them an email with a link to the video (which is otherwise hidden). Since users in China cannot view the video, I want to send them a link where they can download a zip file with the video in it and view it locally. So, one template if a user chooses China and the other for any other country.
Thanks for the explanation. I plan to include that feature in the upcoming release.
That would be great. Do you have an estimated target for the next release?

Hi. Any update on this?
Good morning. I’d like to purchase the plugin, I test the free versione, but I see a problem. Once the conditional email fields are set, they are automatically applied to all mail templates sent by the form — including “Mail (2)”, which is usually the email sent to the user to confirm receipt of the message. This makes the plugin unusable.
It would therefore be necessary to allow customization of conditions for each individual mail template. Is this a feature you’re currently working on? If so, will it be available soon?
Hello, thank you for informing me about the issue. Yes, I am addressing it. It will be included soon. You can buy the plugin.
Hello, the plugin has been updated and the issue fixed. If you need it, you can purchase it. Thank you.
Dear Support Team,
I would like to ask for clarification regarding how Contact Form 7 handles outgoing emails. Specifically, I would like to know whether the messages sent via the form are using the “Default Email” or the ” Email 2” field configured in the form settings.
Additionally, is there a way to prevent the form from sending emails to both Default and Email 2 ?
Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Best regards,
Hello, are you asking about my plugin? If not, I’m sorry, I can’t provide support for other plugins.
I’m contacting you regarding your plugin, as I followed the link from your WordPress plugin page. We’ve noticed that the conditional email is currently being routed to both the Email 1 (default) and Email 2 in Contact Form 7. However, we would like the email to be sent only to the Email 1 address.
If you’re able to assist us with this, we’d really appreciate it. If not, we’re open to purchasing the PRO version of your plugin — we’d just like to confirm whether what we’re asking is possible before doing so.
Thank you in advance!
Hello, do you mean mail (2) by Email 2?
Yes, i do
Alright, I need to review it and come up with a way to exclude it. I will update the plugin if possible.
Hi Wdraihan,
I would like to use Conditional Email Routing with dropdown and radio buttons. How can I do that? for example: If I select dropdown list “Sales” and also select radio ” Thailand” the email will send to Email1, If I select dropdown list “Sales2” and also select radio ” Netherlands”
Could you please help me? Thank you.
Hello, thank you for purchasing this plugin. Unfortunately, this feature is not available at the moment. I will add this feature in the upcoming version.
Hi,
I installed the plugin successfully and added conditions. But the confirmation email that was sent to the one who sent the email is gone (email 2).
Hello, thanks for purchasing the plugin. Could you please explain the issue in more detail?
Impressive work!
Thank you
