The admin can create resume or only candidate basic info?
Admin being and admin can create a candidate and then fill his resume information on his/her bahalf.
First create a candidate as admin and then click the “Yellow” button to login/open candidate account. Go to his resume and fill information on his/her behalf.
I recently purchased/downloaded your script and have been attempting to install it on my server. However, I am currently encountering a SERVER ERROR 500, which is preventing the script from installing successfully.

when I am registering candidate or employer its completing the process from front end but login page is not going to next candidate entry detail form, control stays there, in the backend I can see the user id is created, can you please suggest what could be reason and please look into to fix. Due to this I am not able to complete the candidate registration process. thanks

I have managed to resolve it; it was server problem, but now I have an issue with separate candidate routes files (candidate-auth-routes and candidate-public-routes) the routes aren’t registered in bootstrap/app.php but they are being called from beta and alpha resource directories of candidates. for example this error Route [can-acc-main] not defined.
The separation of these candidate routes is because of the script feature availability of “Multi Tenancy”. It is supposed to work without any issue. If you can let me see the place where you have installed it, then I will be in a better position to help you out. Are you using the script enabled with MultiTenancy or simple/all-in-one-interface job script ?

Can the candidates’ source come from recruiters or direct applicants?

1 : Though the question is not completely clear but from the understanding so far, No.
2 : Candidate are required to make account on the site themselves.
3 : Yes, it can be done. Public Candidates listing/detail page needs to be hidden. Employer will only be able to view candidates applying to their jobs only.
4 : Jobs can not be applied with an employer account but with candidate account only. Application can be applied only once on any particular job.
if you could have given an option to import candidates in bulk via csv or excel it will be more useful for recruitment agencies

This might be happening because of one or more of the following situations.
1 : There is a typo in credentials while you are entering.
2 : Appropriate privileges have not been assigned to the db user.
3 : Check if the host name is correct e.g. ‘localhotst’, ‘127.0.0.1’ or your server’s shared IP address.

If everything with credentials is fine then there might be PDO extension missing/disabled in your hosting. If you have Cpanel, please go to “Select PHP Version” and then see if “PDO” is enabled or not.
If not enabled, please enable and see if it resolves the issue. If not then there might be some other condition or requirement which might be missing. In that case if possible, please provide your hosting credentials and I’ll have a look.

I have checked pdo and it seems okay. I will send you my cpanel login details so you can have a look to have it resolved. So far, based on the application checklist, everything checks out, except there is some other requirement not explicitly highlighted and checked.

I have waited without getting any results or response. It appears the app is buggy as I have not being able to get it installed. I have even attempted to install it locally to see if it will be successful but the issue persists.

Why is there no installation folder in my script?
You dont need the “install” folder in the script. The SaaS version is on Laravel and installation functionality is via routes and not via folder.
Please just follow the installation as guided in the documentation.

How this SAAS module work? is creating subdomain for every company and is it giving facility for company to launch there own website by subdomain in your system and then they will map the subdomain with the their domain and so their site will be full of there own branding?
Yes. Every company will have their own subdomain like company1.cf-saas.com or employer1.your-domain.com with their own logo, banner and other branding information. ‘WildCard’ subdomain configuration is required in your hosting.
