This totally depends on you. There are several supported plugins, but we personally haven’t tried them. This plugin was tested to send basic messages only.

Please I need help, several days have passed, I bought the add-on, I paid for support and I don’t have any response. I haven’t been able to work. The client is making a claim and asking me for a refund of the money. Now it doesn’t work for me, they don’t respond to me.
With “FAT Service Booking” work but in Automation > Fat service booking settings I see the following options:
Enable notifications: Enable
Send notification on: Cancel Approved Pending Reject
There is not Send notification on: “Create” so when a customer create a new booking nothing happen I didn’t received any message. I have to change my status so I can receive a text message.
So is it possible to add the “Creation” option so that I also receive a message when a booking is initially created?
