Sir, we have always test ourself before release any update. still it can have bugs based on setup environment. you can always open support ticket for any issues you have faced
hello i am so disappointed cannot decide which version to use because each Nazmart update comes with new bugs ,, paypal function is destroyied i cannot even recive payment ,,as well as a lot of major and minor bugs ,, could you determine which version has less bug so i install it from scratch after formating the vps server ??
So far we have never get any report like you from none of our customer that paypal is not working for them. we use same payment system for all of our customers.

Hi, I’m trying to create a csv file for cities and providences in local so our tenants can import them easily. I tried to follow the theme on sample file but when I save the file my words become question marks. (Persian words). How can I fix it? is it encoding related? Thanks in advance

while converting from csv file it normally convert those to normal character. otherwise it failed to process those data

you can use google sheet first, then export that as csv

Sir, you can ask your hosting provider help fort it.
here is simple steps.
copy all the file from old server to new server.
copy all the database to new server.
change database information of main website in core>.env file
this should be all.
Do not forget to configure. wildcard subdomain, subdomain ssl, cron job, SMTP in new server.

none of our script has database included. once you verify the purchase code while installing system will automatically generate database for you. if you need database you can contact us anytime with your purchase code.

i have undertand your point. you have to manually edit contents for your tenant demos.
if any tenant does not add their smtp details, system will use your smtp. otherwise system will use their own smtp.
you can not edit email template content now. did not have any experience with virtualadmin panel. you can contact with them to clear your doubt
