Does this application allow integration for mass users, or is it an application that must be configured for each client? If so, it’s a real waste of money.
In the settings, I read that I should add the data from the admin panel, but there are no mobile app options there.
The API data only appears for clients, not administrators. It’s absurd that they make it work this way.
Not all clients are able to edit and configure this. I expected to upload it to the Play Store so people could download it and log in with their username and password.
They’re making everything very difficult for the end user. WhatsApp setup is very complicated unless you buy the Embedded Signup add-on. Facebook and Instagram setup is complicated for the user when starting the integration with the Facebook Login button, and now they’re making it complicated with the app as well.
Please review this carefully; it will greatly help improve everything.

the response has no help he just told me to remove some line and problem is still the same i can’t make the App work even downloaded the app without making any changes and followed all the support team’s instructions, but it still didn’t work

However, ignoring customer support messages is very harmful to your reputation and your business. I’ve already left a negative review because the App simply does not work at all and I haven’t received any response.
If you reply and resolve the issue, I’ll be more than happy to remove the bad rating and write a positive one instead. But every patience has a limit — if I don’t hear from you soon, I’ll have no choice but to request a refund.

At the moment, the SaleBot Chat Agent App does not support real-time push notifications for incoming messages. You will be able to see new messages when you open the inbox inside the app.
