If I buy the extended license of perfex CRM, do I still need to buy the extended license of SAAS Module to be able to allow multiple tenants use my platform? Or is the regular license ok since I already have extended license of perfex CRM?
No – you dont need an extended license of our module for this purpose. A regular license is enough.

Admins of the tenant installations that fall in the same plan, can activate them with the respective license key, making their functionality available to the whole installation.
so every client will need a licence key for every module he choose. for example: i need to choose betwin 2 plans first is a basic plan and second have 3 third party module, example whatapp, zapier and google workspace. if i choose the 2nd plan will i need a licence key to use it as a client? i understand that me as a tenant i need to purchase those plugins

Hello there – quick pre sales question: Once I buy the Regular License of this SaaS module – I assume that I will be able to charge other people to use my Current CRM, yes? I’m assuming it’s ‘yes’, as what would be the point of buying a SaaS module, if i couldn’t charge a membership fee, right?. I just want to be clear before i spend the money is all.. I don’t want to resell your module – just install in my own personal Perfex CRM and charge a membership fee for people to use my CRM.. Kindly let me know please as soon as possible?

Thats correct – you need a regular license of our module. But your use case will need an extended license of Perfex CRM tho.

Is you have multi form option for multi landing page so if any company run 3 different types of business category service and want to keep separate form and separate data for each then they can do?

Landing page editor allows you to modify your landing page according to your own and custom needs. Decisions are up to you – you can provide links that redirect to forms or similar.

Depending on your needs, you can create multiple copies – IE: adding menu items that drive to other landing pages (IE Language Switchers etc) that you will host.

Quick one, does a tenant inherit the design and layout of the main CRM?
I have designed my main Perfex CRM to look different from the standard one, with different colours, different theme, and even the way the menu is displayed on the left. Should a tenant sign up, will they inherit my customisations or will they get the standard Perfex layout?
Tenants do receive a clean database of Perfex CRM upon signing up. All options of the SA installation remain at its local database and are not inherited, as many of them are sensitive.
If I update the PerfexCRM version, will the tenants’ versions also be updated?
Files will be updated but manual update of database might be needed by the tenant administrator.

Hello.
You need remove the files from the current installation, in order to avoid license lock during activation under a new instance/domain.
Once you do so from the old URL, please use the Licensing Flush tool ( its link can be found on the bottom left of New Ticket Creation link: https://themesic.com/support/ticket/new ), in order to have your license resetted through Envato Licensing API.
You will be able to activate the license at the new instance now, but please ensure that it is not active in any other instances, as that will trigger a new license lock.

You can set up our module even without a panel. Our demo runs on nude Ubuntu server setup.
Modules can be included in the plans, ready for activation at the tenant subscribed to them.
Every tenant has a custom subdomain URL.
