Hello, i tried the demo on infixedu and im planning to purchase including this module, but i have a question, im confuse on how this qr code attendance works, is it day wise or period base like if the subject is Math from 8 am to 10am wiill the qr code will work on that period and is not on that period it will not scan and automatically late, im talking about the student

The qr code attendance is based on class and section, but how about the attendance for Subject wise? Can i use qr code scanner for subject wise attendance?

Dearest Developer, We humbly request for an update of this item in order enhance this add on feature.
1. Improve responding time after submit , It takes a bit of time before we can scan next student.
2. Now It doen’t work with multi-class students. When taken, some students is recorded in thier 1st class But some students is recorded in their 2nd class.
3. Add Time in – Time out for Employee attendance ( with Multiple entry in a day ) it’s useful for part time or contract stafff.
4. Add Total working hour in stuff report .
We’re have been using it for our school and experiencing a lttle unsatified feelings on the above points , thus we are not confident enough to promote this add on.

QR Code Attendance Module
It appears that this module currently lacks support for examination attendance, subject attendance, Additionally, a shortcut button should be added to the main dashboard header for quick access based on assigned roles.
Let Say I want to Grant Role-Based Access:
- School Gatekeeper: Has exclusive permission to scan QR codes for student and teacher attendance at the school entrance.
- Teachers: Have access to scan QR codes for subject and examination attendance within their respective classes.
- Mobile App: Teachers should have this scan icon or button in the mobile app that allow them to scan student id during exam or taking subject attandance

Dear Developer, How do we configure QR attendance for multi class students? Suppose A is studying English in the morning and Chinese class in the afternoon?

We have tried that option but it doesn’t work. It only show one class when we scan. Please advice.
