Hi,
First off, what a great plugin, it’s exactly what I needed.
I’m encountering a layout problem with the thumbnail captions on small screens. When a description wraps to two or more lines, the content directly below the carousel gets pushed down.
Is there a way to prevent this layout shift? I’d like the caption section to maintain a fixed position so it doesn’t affect the vertical flow of the content beneath it, even when the text wraps.

I tried using fixed/absolute positioning but couldn’t get it to work. Any advice or a potential fix would be appreciated.

Please try with a fresh preset, delete the one you are using now and start with a new preset, I am not sure what is happening; I have never seen this bug before.

Hi For some reason the carousel on https://reentko.com/ is not displaying properly on Safari browsers. In Safari even the front images in the carousel have a transparency .. this is not the case in other browsers. Please help.

I think the issue is bacause your images size is too big and Safari dose not like this, try using smaller images close or the same size as the carousel thumbnail, that shuld fix the issue, also after you do this make sure to clear Safari cache this way it will not load the old images.

Thanks for the reply. I did use images exactly the size as the thumbnail (400×266pixels), cleared the cache and cannot see any difference on Safari.

I have been upgrading all the wordpress plugins… For this plugin does upgrade include uninstalling this version and reinstalling the new one? or is there a simpler way to do this?
Download it and reinstall it, it dose not have automatic updates.

Hi. I deleted the old version of the plugin, installed the latest one. I created a new galleries and a general settings preset.. However it’s not displaying anything. Could you please help find out what have i done wrong?
2 questions.
(1) When i set “video logo” on ‘NO’ it still shows sample logo. When i create a new skin and change it, it also keeps showing the sample logo “our logo here”. I assume this is a bug. Can you give me a code to fully remove the video logo? Can be a simple code that i can add to my functions or JS.
(2) When using lightbocx video there is no video icon on the thumbnail in the carousel. Can you give me a JS code that does this?

Hi, have you looked into it yet? Can you send me a JS or something that i can paste into the snippets to remove the logo (your logo here) from video? (since the option itself doesnt work)

If I interrupt an audio or video medium in the lightbox of the carousel at one point and go to the next medium and then come back, the video or audio should continue at the same point and not start again from the beginning. This used to work, but at the moment it no longer works for me. What could be the reason for this?

About the format only webm is not supported.

You can adjust the x radius to reduce that gapping, in your preset incease the Carousel X radius until it looks how you want.

1. I am sorry it is not possible unless you are using an iframe as the lightbox source and scroll the iframe.
2. To enable fullscreen in the iframe set allowfullscreen.

to 2: I use the advanced iframe pro plugin for the iframe and instead of a URL a shortcode. Your parameter allowfullscreen behind the shortcode gives me a 404 page. Also putting allowfullscreen in the shortcode does not work. Is there another way to start the fullscreen Modus when opening the lightbox?

2. The only way to enable fullscreen in an IFRAME is to add allowfullscreen, there is no other way around this.
