In your app asset() method adds ”/public/” in paths to all JS and CSS files and app cannot load them.
Example generated by your app:

This this the reason, due to this customization in ”/config/app.php” application adds “public” in assets URL.

With this condition it works properly only when you use builtin web server:

There is no purchase option here. Agents can subscribe to plans and start listing their directories. AS for clients they can book appointments or message agents for details and proceed with agents’ instructions.
