Pre-sales questions:
1) is there any way for customer to choose an author during the checkout or after it (let say customer would like to work with the same author because of a good working relationship)?
Tested your demo but couldn’t see a way – is there a setting somewhere?
2) How can admin make money on this platform?
Answer to Question 1:
Customers cannot directly choose an author from the platform. However, if a customer contacts the admin with the request, the admin can manually assign the order to the preferred author. Each author has a unique ID, which the customer can reference when making a request.
Answer to Question 2:
As the admin (platform owner), you can earn money by acting as a middleman. You have two operational models to choose from—either or both can be enabled:
1. Direct Order Model:
The admin sets the service prices and the author fees.
Earning Formula: Earnings = Order Total – Author Fees
2. Bidding Model:
The admin sets a commission rate.
Customers submit their requirements through a bid request form.
Authors submit their bids for the customer’s project.
The customer selects an author from the list of bids and proceeds with the payment.
Earning Formula: Earnings = Order Total × Admin Commission Rate (%)

Now back to qu 1, I get what you are saying, here’s a but …
Here is an example – customer would like to work with ‘Author B’. So let say customer place an order and it’s on the “Find a Work’ list, THEN ‘Author C’ came along and accepted the task, already working on it before admin get the chance to re-assign the order.
If you think about this, if a customer had a good working relationship with ‘Author B’ and the service is reliable and they’re happy, why risk to go with a different author with low rating score.
It shouldn’t need admin involvement to re-assign, the system should free the admin side and let customer decide, it’s always like that with this type of service industry. Think of a Fiverr, finding a tutor in a LMS platform, or just booking a salon etc, you can choose whoever you wish to work with.
Any solution?
We are going to release an update that will allow clients to enter their preferred author code, and the system will automatically assign the task to the selected author.

Hi again, I ran into another issue when trying to add a new testimonial. Even after selecting a customer avatar, I still get the error message: “The avatar field is required.” It seems like the system isn’t recognizing the avatar I’ve selected. For now, maybe consider disabling the captcha on the demo to allow smoother access for potential buyers.

Hi, your product is currently the best. However, got one question for new update, currently, when customer is creating new order (New bid request), currently, it doesn’t record the details user adds. What could be the problem? >>>For instance, when customer sets order details, such as topic, instructions, it doesn’t record them. It is only fetching price set. >Also, I noticed the same in your demo. When, I create a new bid request, the topic published and the topic I put under the topic area is not the same.
However, for the tasks, it is working well, and fetching all details put by customer when creating new task.

I think the changes made was to add writers screening tool for grammar etc. I’m proposing if you’d update the QC portal to enable super admin determine what kind of functions the QC group can do; for instanse admin can allow qcs to just qc assignment only or be able to qc and do actual writing or assign assignments etc. That control is missing from admin panel to control what QC’s are allowed to do. Apart from that, we need update on phone number verification and identinty verification for writers etc. Also if you can update the numbering function for orders and users, the 00001, 00002… etc is not great for a starting business (customers loose confidence in the services knowing they’re the first ones to make orders no other people have done ordering) So I recommed having a unique ID for orders, and customers. No names of customers in the system all customers are assigned a unique ID right from registration. Even writers should not know how many orders the system has for example. Orders should be identified with unique ID’s e.g ORDER-QXC12O67… etc, for clients/customer, on registration what should be required is email or phone number and the system will assign the customer a unique ID e.g., WST435QC98. For talent registration add a calendar for one on one interview link after screening is passed so interview can be scheduled. Writers can not be assigned different level of professionalism by admin… the menirit function should be added to automatically grade writer’s perfomance hence upgrading their status to premium, or ivy or elite etc but initially all writers should start standard. The merity function should check for timeliness, rating from customers and QC rating, activeness and availability also then admin can set params for different conditions writers have to meet to upgrade status. Also, disables biding and accept task button if writer have active assignment, have a revision, they can only bid or self assign after completing assignment that they’re currently working on. Only admin can force work certain level of writers etc. Self assign can be allowed for high level writers but standard and intermidiete level can not enjoy that privilages.

Thank you so much. The product is so great and I know with this base upgrade the product can help start ups get the functionality they need to make business seamless. Also, something I forgot to add, when writers accept an assignment, it means they have already reviewed the job requirements so they are confident that they can work on the assignment. So the clock is supposed to start counting regardless if they click start working or not and this should be somewhere on the navigation bar, then writers can get notification to remind them what time they have remaining once they use half the time allocated for the task, then maybe when they have few minutes to expiry. Condition’s can be added for penalty if the assignment is late, does not meet QC, or client requiremnt. These are among parameters that can be used with the merit module to grade writers etc. Again, thank you for the great work you keep doing. I will keep on reffering small business to see your product and how it can help them start their business.
Another cool feature is autosuspend function for writers who fall short of meeting deadline without requesting extra time, plagiarism, do not pass qc or meet client requirement. Only admin can lift the temporary suspension after the writer has submitted reason for untimeliness or minor mistake etc….. plag is automatic ban with penality. Writers can’t get suspension more than 3 times a month, or 10 revisions per month, that calls for reavaluation of work done and decision to ban writer based on performance.
