Support is delayed, and the support page is malfunctioning. I submitted a ticket on January 26, 2025, but the issue has not been resolved. I purchased the file over two months ago and still cannot launch my website. The development team lacks dedication, and I am truly concerned.

I installed the script properly but I am having issues with receiving the verification email after signing up. I have checked everywhere within the admin for that option but it is not available. But when i click on forget password i receive the email instantly. I need help with the receiving the account activation email.

You have tampered with the payment gateway on my website because no one else has access to my server except you. You intentionally introduce viruses into the site every 2-4 days so that you can demand money.
