The ViserNet – Cable Business Automation Platform is primarily built to automate and manage cable TV or ISP businesses. If you plan to provide internet service in Nigeria, here’s how the system can help you:
1. Customer Management: Easily register customers, manage their profiles, assign packages, and keep track of active/inactive users.
2. Package Billing: Create internet packages with speed, data cap, and duration; assign them to users.
3. Manage payments: Handle customer payments.
4. Support Tickets: Handle customer issues via the built-in ticket system.
What the system doesn’t do:
1. It doesn’t physically provide internet — you’ll still need your own network infrastructure (like routers, towers, fiber, etc.).

not have the main feature to connect the Mikrotik API to automate the user bill if the user pays the bill, his internet is automated, and if his billing cycle ends, then the internet is off. Those are the main features of the IPS provider service script.

You should automate your system with things like Dot Internet or other IPS self-care software. otherwise, it’s useless because you target Asian countries and, in Asian countries, perform like this kind of self-care software. not only the template software but all manually done.
