WooCommerce Restaurant Kitchen POS allows the kitchen user to start preparing the food after getting the order from POS users. Kitchen users can set the status to hold, prepare, complete, or send.
WooCommerce Restaurant Kitchen POS helps customer to track their orders that food is in preparing mode or completed. Customers can also enjoy their food as dine-in service or take-away.
For the QR Scan and Order feature, we recommend utilizing our WooCommerce POS QR Code Ordering System plugin. This innovative solution allows customers to scan a QR code, instantly taking them to the ordering interface.

I don’t have a QR scanner yet, My customers could have a QR code on their account page that represents their phone number. For a faster reward system, can I scan that code and use that in the customer search to enter their phone number??

2- Also, does the customr can make order from his phone using woocommerce and sent to the kitchen too? I mean, like woocommerce and the restaurant POS has takeaway option, does the customer can order from woocommerce online by himself and be reflected on the POS ?
3- Can I have multiple outlets?
4- If I can have multiple outlets, can I have multiple kitchens and how are managed and how the orders are assigned to the correct kitchen?

1- Here is the screen shown to the customer: https://www.screencast.com/t/q04SnGcXI Where is located? I mean it is a screen from the restaurant that needs to be installed to for all the clients to see or is an URL where any client can access to see the status of their order?
2- Regarding the multiple outlets: does each outlet would have a separete kitchen and Customer Display System? I mean if I have 2 outlets I would have 2 kitchens and 2 customer diplay system? or all is centralized so 2 outlets would have just 1 kitchen and 1 customer diplay system?
3- How can the kitchen and the customer displayed be accesed? it is via user and password?
4- In the “dining tables” section, can I “map” the tables to simulate the real life order or just appear as it is without any speficic order ?
5- Can I add a “nickname” to each table? I mean the tables in a restaurant usualy are asigned numbers so any waiter can know the table that corresponds the order, IE I have the tables 31,32 and 33 and other waiter has the tables 41, 42 and 43
6- Can I asign specific tables to specific waiters? (like the last exmaple )
7- Is there a way to integrate/sync the cashier’s box to be opened whenever a order is paid?

Hi, for an opening like this you should have it like 35USD and then increase it if you think this is the right amount. if you go 299 straight this is suicide and a gamble for someone to procure. i mean i have bought a lot of items here and if it doesnt feel right it does not hurt much with the price. i hope you can consider bringing them down the price. thank you
