The only issue I have now is that when I upload image it uploads successfully and even green checkbox will come but after that when I go to second tab to select the new uploaded image, it’s not there. You don’t have tenant-specific documentation (for merchants) that serves as a step-by-step user guide to help them quickly set up their site and make the most of their subscription. Without such guidance, clients are unlikely to continue using the service. Even for the admin, can they easily modify an existing theme to make it a reference for tenants? The themes are not well presented, which will make it challenging to sell them to tenants. Apparently, changing a theme requires digging into the code and SQL database queries, as it is not managed through the main script’s admin panel.
dear sir, you don’t need to digg into SQL for theme demo data, all of them are available into the assets/tenant/ folders
we have covers many thing for tenant related features. but when you are branding it for yourself, you have to cover all the features for your users under your brand name.

Because I am looking for the option and I can’t find it, all the notifications arrive to a “global” email that I assign.
The client only receives the status of the purchase “in progress” “completed” or “cancelled”.

1. Regarding price fields. A) a product with price of 100$ without discount : I have to put 100 in all three fields?
a product with regular price of 100$ but discounted to 80$ : what exactly I need to put in three price fields?
2. Regarding inventory. I’m selling bananas in dozens and I have 5 dozens in inventory. So I choose the unit right and I put 5 in first field (Number) and I put 12 in last field (Inventory level).
3. WooCommerce won’t import even 1 by 1. Our coder is trying if we needed more help I’ll ask. Thank you. Just one more question:
since we had to do some modification we can’t normally update script. Is there any tree like list of modified file in each update? So we can see if modified files are not in conflict with our edits we can replace only changed files. Thanks again.

I’m facing a problem while updating from version 2.3 to 2.4. I followed the documentation step by step, gave all the required permissions, and set up the database connection correctly. The update process showed as successful, but the version is still stuck at 2.3.
When I check the update section, it keeps asking me to update again. If I try to manually update by clicking the update button, it stays in “updating” mode for around 10 minutes and then shows a 503 error.
Additionally, I noticed that the script I downloaded only contains the install file and not the update script, which might be causing the issue.
I know my support period has expired, but product updates should be functional. I need this resolved as soon as possible because I’m planning to buy and integrate the Shiprocket plugin. I’ve already tried reinstalling 3–4 times, but it hasn’t worked.
Please help me sort this out. It’s really urgent!

in this saas based ecommerce, when any customer purchase anything by paying through razorpay, that amount will be credited to admin wallet i.e. super admin wallet or to the respected vendor wallet? if in vendor wallet, how vendor withdrawal that or is it necessary to create accounts in razorpay for all individual vendors? and one more thing, when any customer place a order, is it automatically go to shiprocket portal? or it needs manual work? if automatically, then through super admin panel or from individual vendor panel? may vendor do that from their shiprocket portal and collect online product selling amount to their razorpay account??
