Hello. I am experiencing a bug in latest version that I just downloaded. When issuing an invoice it seems that the value triples. Meaning: I add one item costing 100€, and when I add the item it gets converted to 300€. I deactivated Polyutilities and the problem was gone. EDIT: this happens when I add the invoice inside the project (“invoice this project”); if I create and invoice directly using the main Perfex menu the problem does not happen.
EDIT2: if I edit the invoice with the wrong value (3x the desired value) and save it again, it gets corrected.

I bought your module, however, to create a custom menu, I’m duplicating the original menu to even change the name of each menu item. Then I disable the original menu. It shows success in this action. When I refresh, everything is enabled again. Another thing, when I reorder the menus and submenus, it loses all the order. This is hell, it has even shown items to collaborators and that were confidential. I need help fast. Perfex version 3.2.1

Hello, good morning. I was studying here, working using your incredible tool and I wanted to make a suggestion that I believe will be an excellent feature. The possibility, in the menus, of configuring the display of each menu for different roles… In other words, creating the possibility of hiding the menus that already exist for some profiles, because many times the Perfex permissions do not have this option… For example, if you have a cleaner or a driver who works in the organization, he does not need to see the Leads menu… but in the native Perfex, there is no option to hide it… Regarding the created menus, they can be at the bottom… It is an idea that would be very useful for the entire community and making Poly Utilities more powerful than it already is.

Possibility hide itens by menu to roles

Currently, you can use specific roles and users to set up groups and display menus based on system roles. This provides better customization and is a more common approach.
Your proposal, which I understand is based on the UI, represents a need that is not widespread enough to justify integration. Ensuring there are no future conflicts between the default permission system and customized menu permissions is complex, while the outcome does not seem necessary.
For the requirement you described, you can easily achieve it through PerfexCRM’s built-in permission settings. Therefore, adding an additional integration for the same functionality would not be reasonable. As you can see, menu items belonging to core modules cannot be edited because doing so would conflict with the existing default permission system.
PolyUtilities is not a module designed for managing permissions.

Another very useful suggestion… The language flags are very good, but it would be much better if we could disable the display of the language form on the page… because we already have the language flags (much more beautiful and functional, thanks to Poly Utilities)

I found this module fantastic. It was my best investment. I wanted to make a suggestion… if possible, include the possibility of changing the font, uploading fonts from Google Fonts… this would be a powerful customization tool using this powerful module for perfex (for me, it’s the best)

I downloaded latest version and updated my module. Now it is much worse. The page refreshes entirely whenever a menu position is changed. Sometimes it doesn’t work and the menu position reverts to the old spot. Also the deactivate menu toggles are still not working for me.

Additionally, if your system has multiple modules and menus, you might try increasing the execution time for the following PHP system variables:
max_execution_time = 300;
post_max_size = 32M;
max_input_time = 300;
upload_max_filesize = 32M;
After updating these parameters, please restart the server.
Before that, you can try using the “Reset All Menus” feature (or “Delete All” – if available, it’s recommended to export and back up the menu structure beforehand) and then reorganize them to see if it helps. The issue might be related to changes in the menu storage structure, which could potentially cause logical errors that I haven’t been able to control yet.
Additionally, please provide me with the version information of the last release you used before updating to 2.9.3. This will help me further analyze the issue.

In the custom menu, when I deactivate a menu item by clicking the toggle, it says successful, but then on refresh the menu item is still activated and showing in the menu.

Regarding the issue with disabling menu items, this feature is functioning as expected. You might want to try clearing your browser cache after the update to see if it resolves the problem:
- MacOS: Press `Shift + Command + R`. - Windows: Press `Shift + Ctrl + R`.
As for the page refreshing entirely whenever changing the menu position, this behavior was noted in the 2.2.0 update. It’s a change in how this feature works. I understand that it might result in a suboptimal experience, but here are some options for you to consider:
- Use the edit menu feature to adjust the positions instead.
- Alternatively, temporarily accept this adjustment, as rearranging menus is not a frequent task. I’ll revisit and address this issue in the future since the previous method caused logical errors that I couldn’t resolve yet.
- Temporarily switched the editing and sorting of custom menus to postback. Fixed display issues where custom menus were not showing correctly.

I have a plan to integrate this part into the interface. In terms of styling, it’s feasible because the PerfexCRM theme design from version 3.2.1 is well-equipped to support the mode feature. However, for modules with their own custom styles, there might be issues with design consistency (user experience). This part may need to be separated for better customization since I also have plans for a theme-supporting module.
That said, due to moderation considerations, if the components are not overly complex and don’t require a new module, I’m confident I’ll integrate them into Poly Utilities for everyone!

The screen login effects should have an option to be disabled. Currently, if I apply effects like rain or snow and later want to remove them (set to no effect), it’s not possible. The applied effect persists throughout the user’s screen navigation, not just on the login page.
