Also your online documentation seems totally outdated : all the process to customise the package by changing name of the application doesn’t work with Android Koala Studio (last version) : for exemple you don’t have the menu to add new package !

Reading all the last comments with similar problem give a negative vision of your company … so please take in consideration to improve fastly all these problems if you want that your customer pay to renew support.
