Good plugin, is possible to use android app to be used as SMS Gateway ?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Our plugin doesn’t require any app to be used as an SMS gateway, it’s integrated via API, which is already in the plugin settings.
Best regards.
Your plugin currently support twilio, plivio and nexmo as sms gateway, in the case we need to use our own android phone or sim card as sms gateway to get cheaper sms rate, can you add android app as sms gateway ?
I see what you’re looking for. But I’m afraid we don’t have that at the moment. There’s no workaround for it, either…
Hello,
I have your premium plugin WooCommerce Email Template Customizer and this one. When I edit with Email Template Customizer, the abandon cart email is sent with the old template (basic template from WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery – Email – SMS), so Email Template Customizer is not taking for abandon cart emails. any suggest?

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Have you selected the template inside the Email settings: https://share.nmblc.cloud/f8217a9d
Best regards.
Thank you. How can I define coupon setting from that template now? because in default templates I can, but in email customizer I don’t see anything. thank you
I already got it! thanks
Thank you for the update. Feel free to let me know if you need anything else.
Hello, I wanted to know if your plugin includes support for cron?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Our plugin actually requires cron for some features like sending email: https://share.nmblc.cloud/fef03f38
I would recommend testing with our free plugin for a better understanding of our plugin’s core features: http://bit.ly/woo-abandoned-cart-recovery
Best regards.
Abandoned Carts plugin will also log GET cart requests, especially when the GET request is from other collection requests other than search engines, it cannot be correctly excluded.
For example, some people use software to collect our website, and they are not the common search engine useragent, but simulated normal user useragent.
I think GET method carts should be prohibited from being added to the Abandoned Carts log.
I have posted a ticket in the support forum using presale.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We received your ticket. I’ll keep you updated there.

Is it possible to use the WooCommerce email template instead of creating a new one? I already have it installed, but when I send a test email, it never arrives…..
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’m not sure what you meant by “to use the WooCommerce email template instead of creating a new one”. Could you clarify what you’re looking for?
As for the emails, I would recommend using a mail log plugin, to verify whether the emails are being sent from your site. This will help confirm if the issue lies in the sending process or if the emails are being sent but not received due to factors like spam filters or email server settings.
Best regards.
What I want is that the cart reminder email is sent with the WooCOmmerce base template. I don’t want to create a new one like this.
https://ibb.co/jRncNDkOk, I have seen from where it is modified.
I’m afraid not. Our plugin uses a separate template system, independent of WooCommerce’s default templates
But he didn’t understand me. Because I see it, yes I can use the default header and footer of the WooCommerce post and then in the configuration of your plugin, I just put the content of the email.
Is this correct?
I’m not sure I fully grasped what you’ve written. If I understand correctly, you’re asking if it’s possible to use WooCommerce’s default email header and footer while adding the cart reminder content through our plugin.
Unfortunately, our plugin uses its own email template system, so it doesn’t directly integrate with WooCommerce’s default header and footer. The entire email, including the layout, is generated through our separate template system.
Please let me know if this addresses your concern or if you have any further questions!
Hi, I would like to ask, if add to cart is ‘
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’ll definitely do our best. Looks like the message was cut off. And I supposed the entire question is this one: https://codecanyon.net/comments/31118657
I’m not sure what you’re looking for. Just to clarify, abandoned cart record isn’t created via any link.
Best regards.
Yes,The question was intercepted by codecanyon, which means that the cart log will only record post requests, and get requests will not be recorded? I would like to ask, if add to cart is in the form of href=?add-to-cart=2093 in the product list, will it be crawled by search engine spiders? If these spiders visit these links, will the shopping cart records be recorded in the log of WooCommerce Orders Tracking plugin? Because I have a lot of shopping cart record logs in non-target countries recently. THX
It could be as you said that the search engine spider crawls and visit the link, but showing logs under WooCommerce Orders Tracking sounds weird. Can you please open a ticket on this Support Forum? We’ll take a direct look.
Could we please transition to using the native email templates within WP/WC somehow, do you have a filter switch for this? Despite efforts to customize it, your current email template system appears outdated and lacks universal compatibility across different ISPs and devices.
In contrast, the native WP/WC system is reliable, regularly updated to meet evolving standards, and would better accommodate these the ever changing landscape of email / devices. You will never be able to keep up, it changing by the week…
No offense intended, but your template system seems unable to keep pace with these updates and may increasingly encounter issues as standards evolve elsewhere.
By adopting the default core templates, we would gain the flexibility to customize them easily, even through manual editing, ensuring consistent headers and a cohesive look and feel. This approach is crucial for maintaining a unified brand image across all our communications.
Another significant challenge we face is the inconsistent rendering of our current templates across various ISPs and devices. Many recipients have reported delivery problems or these emails being flagged as spam. Extensive A/B testing confirms these issues, highlighting that the native platform handles such nuances more effectively than your current setup.
Transitioning to the default core templates would not only ensure compatibility and reliability but also address concerns about email delivery and recipient perception. This change would greatly enhance our ability to effectively communicate with our audience while presenting a consistently professional appearance.
Furthermore, we continue to face challenges distinguishing between genuine abandoned carts and those driven by bots in our reports. It’s crucial to implement a solution such as a signature capture or similar mechanism to ensure accurate data representation and mitigate the prevalence of misleading information.
Currently, it’s frustrating not being able to differentiate between legitimate lost carts and bot-generated ones, as we suspect a significant portion — potentially up to 60-70+% — may be attributable to automated sources rather than actual customers, but we must know the real number to limit miss information.
Hi,
Thank you for your detailed explanation.
1. We understand your need to convert to the native email templates within WP/WC rather than our current templates. We will consider this request and update our plugin to fulfill this need in future updates of this plugin.
2. Regarding distinguishing between genuinely abandoned carts and those driven by bots in our reports, currently, our system does not have a specific filter or mechanism to differentiate and between genuine abandoned carts and those created by bots. We will take this matter into consideration and work on enhancing it if a suitable solution arises.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards.
Hello, good day. The abandoned cart is showing me the prices without VAT. How can I configure it to show the prices with VAT included? when sending the email
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can use this option: https://nimb.ws/neKNIAs
Best regards.
Hello, good day, after enabling the option, I still receive emails with the price without VAT, what should I do?
Please ensure you’re testing with new abandoned cart records. If the issue persists, would you mind opening a ticket on this Support Forum? I’ll check it for you.
Hello,
I bought the plugin but I do not have the option to edit the templates. The “email settings” panel is having only subject, heading, and the option to send a test email I cannot click on the content and edit it.
Best regards, Kalin
Hi, Kalin
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please try the “Template use new cart block” option under “Email” settings: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-abandoned-cart-recovery/#set_up_child_menu_3551
Or replace it with a new block to see if the content inside can be customized then?
Best regards.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It could be a conflict. Please ensure all your site – WordPress, theme and plugins – are up to date.
Alternatively, you can open a ticket on this Forum: https://villatheme.com/supports/forum/presale/
We can definitely take a look for you.
Best regards.
If the user is registered on the site, will the plugin still ask for email?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I supposed you’re asking about the email popup feature. It’ll only ask for customer’s info if they’re not logged in.
Best regards.
It’s been since October 2023 now since the last update, your update cycle is very slow, it’s soon going to be considered defunct software. The idea is great, but without updates and evolution, it’s just another software that has no future and sales will reflect this as well. Thank you and best regards…
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, we’ll push an updates in a few more days. Kindly wait for our next release.

Hi,
we are looking for a plugin for cart management abandoned that supports sending emails in multiple languages and allows the personalization of every single email in every language. Currently we use TranslatePress to manage multilingual features on the sites website of our customers and we need a plugin compatible with this tool.
Our main needs include:
- Multi-language support: Ability to create and customize Abandoned cart recovery emails in different languages.
- Advanced customization: Ability to customize the email content for each specific language, including variables dynamics such as customer name and abandoned products.
- Compatibility with TranslatePress: The plugin must be fully compatible with TranslatePress to ensure a smooth translation management.
- Email Automation: Automatically send emails reminder to customers who abandon their carts.
We are interested in evaluating this plugin but would first like to confirm whether it meets our needs.
We thank you in advance for your availability and we remain waiting for your kind feedback.
Best regards,
Roberto
Hi Roberto,
Thank you for reaching out to us and for your interest. I’m afraid at the moment our plugin is not compatible with TranslatePress just yet, we only support Polylang and WPML for now. I’ll try to address your concerns one by one below. Although some of features you need are available in the premium version only, I would recommend trying our free plugin first to ensure its major feature is up to your needs: http://bit.ly/woo-abandoned-cart-recovery
And visit our demo page for a better view: https://new2new.com/?item=woocommerce-abandoned-cart-recovery
- Multi-language support: Ability to create and customize Abandoned cart recovery emails in different languages.
>> Yes, as mentioned above, our plugin supports WPML and Polylang. You can view this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YS684ipLW0w
- Advanced customization: Ability to customize the email content for each specific language, including variables dynamics such as customer name and abandoned products.
>> I’m afraid it’s not possible. The customer name and abandoned cart data can’t be changed in the email template that way.
- Compatibility with TranslatePress: The plugin must be fully compatible with TranslatePress to ensure a smooth translation management.
>> For now our plugin doesn’t support TranslatePress just yet.
- Email Automation: Automatically send emails reminder to customers who abandon their carts.
>> It’s possible, please visit our documentation for details: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-abandoned-cart-recovery/#set_up_child_menu_3551
I hope this helps! Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.
Best regards.

We need to check this issue directly on their site. Thank you for your cooperation and patience!
Please tell me you have an update super soon October 10th 2023 is very dated and starting to look like EOL. We see a whole new sales graphic now, looks much better by the way. But this software needs some work to keep it valid as we have mentioned many times over now, it’s becoming dated fast, functionality wise.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We understand your concern, and we’re still doing our best and working on updates to enhance the functionality and keep the software up-to-date. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate your patience as we strive to deliver improvements. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed about any upcoming updates. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
Best regards.
Please make sure the latest update works with woocommerce high performance order storage. We’re holding off upgrading to it because Woo is warning it’s not compatible with your plugin. Thanks!
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, the latest version 1.1.1 is compatible with COT. If there’s any issue while using our plugin, you can always contact us on this Forum: https://villatheme.com/supports/forum/presale/
No need live Item Support to open a ticket there, no worries.

Hello, the plugin is generating an error when clicking on the email button and it sends to a checkout that is not the one that comes by default, this means that the payapal and Mercado Pago payment quotas are not implemented or are They miscalculate, how to ensure that when they click it takes them to the original payment and not this modified one?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
At the moment, we only have the option to send customers to either Cart page or Checkout page: https://prnt.sc/MUDkg0ZUVH50
Best regards.
No, I mean it must be the checkout, but your plugin changes the design of the checkout and that causes the gateways to fail, I want my checkout to stay as it is and not be altered by the plugin
Hi,
Our plugin doesn’t have the feature to change the design of the checkout page. It only redirects customer to checkout page via the recover link.
The plugin is malfunctioning by sending emails to customers who have already made a purchase, causing confusion for buyers. You should know why this error occurs. It has happened to me more than once.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I don’t encounter this issue on my site. Can you please create a support ticket on this Support Forum. I’ll be checking.
Best regards.
Hello,
I encountered this problem twice, causing confusion for customers. It’s critical and needs attention. I’ve identified plugin issues before, and though minor ones were fixed, this issue persists. Please prioritize fixing it and let’s communicate via CodeCanyon comments. Email responses from you have been inconsistent.
Thanks.
I understand your concern, and I appreciate your efforts in identifying the issue. However, after thorough investigation, we’ve been unable to replicate this problem on our environment. It seems to be a site-specific issue rather than a plugin-wide issue.
As developers, we strive to address and resolve issues promptly, but we’re limited to troubleshooting and fixing issues that occur within the plugin itself. Unfortunately, if the problem is not replicable on our site, it becomes challenging for us to provide a solution.
We recommend exploring your site’s setup, including any customizations or conflicting plugins, that might be contributing to this issue.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Hello, good day, how can I use Spanish language. My page is in Spanish, but the plugin is in English
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can build email template and fill in the frontend text in Spanish, e.g. https://prnt.sc/JSVMeQjzlWIx
If you still want to translate the whole plugin to Spanish, you can use the Loco Translate plugin. This plugin is free and you can also remove it afterwards, the translation will stay. For details, please visit our instruction.
