I recently purchased your Work Fleet application and I am currently preparing it for deployment on both Android and iOS. Our platform operates on a subscription model, where artisans are required to subscribe in order to access and use the service.

I would like to clarify how the app handles subscriptions on iOS and whether it is fully compliant with the policies of and the .

Specifically, I would like to understand:

1. Does the mobile app include built-in subscription support using Apple’s official in-app purchase system (via )?

2. If subscriptions are instead handled on a website or external payment gateway, how has this been implemented in a way that avoids App Store rejection?

3. Has this app previously been approved on the App Store with a subscription requirement for service providers (artisans)?

4. If the current version does not include Apple in-app purchases, what modifications or additional modules would be required to make it compliant?

Our goal is to ensure that the app is approved during App Store review while maintaining our existing subscription model on the web platform.

I would appreciate any technical documentation or guidance you can provide regarding recommended configuration or best practices for iOS deployment.

We don’t have an iOS test version available at the moment. The app is built with React Native, so it works on both Android and iOS. You can test all features on the Android version, and they will work the same on iOS as well.

The Workfleet Zip inside your actual download can not be unzipped. The file is corrupted. I wrote already a email to help@amentotech but no reply since 3 days. We need to update due to google play store terms but we cannot as the download is corrupted. Please fix it and write me a comment once you’ve fixed it. I will not buy a support lisence to tell you that your files are broken. Downloaded it 10 times, and on different browsers and machines.

I have been sending mails and messages regarding the issue am having setting up my workfleet React Native App that I purchased through envato over two months ago now but it seams you are less bothered about providing support services but sales. we purchased 90% of all the products you are selling on envato with support except workfleet that was purchased without support due to omission at the point of sale. All the mail I have sent to resolve the issues was effort in futility except it was deliberate. how do you sell such a tech and your support line is so rigid.

You can do better! if you want to build a sustainable brand or you are just here to make as much money as you can before disappearing into the tin air.

ever since I update to latest workreap version 3.3.6 any update I made on the WR Settings 3.3.6 is not effective on the website e.g style settings, email settings, reset password no more functional, not receiving notification emails anymore, auto email verification not working and more.

is this a general problem or just peculiar to my website. also, when are we likely going to have workfleet react native app update?

Hello, I’m waiting for the mobile app to have notification and messaging features. How many days will it take for these features to be available? For instant messaging, will a service like Pusher be used, similar to what WP Guppy uses? In other words, will there be real-time messaging?

I’m interested in purchasing this theme, but after testing the demo on Android, I noticed some missing features. Specifically:

Messages feature is absent. Booking functionality is missing. There is no option to review a freelancer or service (I couldn’t find a review block). Freelancers don’t have a button to add a service. Freelancers don’t have a way to manage (edit or delete) services. Employers don’t have a button to add a project. In the freelancer’s dashboard, the app crashes every time I press “Profile Settings.” There is no Notifications feature, which is unusual for a marketplace mobile app. I’d appreciate your response so I can make an informed decision. Looking forward to hearing from you!

So the theme is useless now, no messages, no post services or projects, no notifications, we should do all these features!! Don’t you have any fully functional mobile app that is compatible with the wordpress theme and updated?
