Please update the Customer View GUI to look like the latest Woocommerce shop-like page. The current user Mobile view after the Table QR Code scan does not look good, and clients are not happy with it. At least, The MENU should look like this on Customer Mobile Devices; e.g. https://cafely.cloud/menu/mamika
And the existing Customer GUI on mobile is not perfect at all in Landscape View. Check it and fix it ASAP.

Please see the ticket create, you forgot enter purchase code. For printer, i suggest uninstall thermal addon and use webprint intead. That is default feature of openpos. Thank you

We changed theme and added the code to show product variations in pos grid/search in our functions.php (like our old theme), but the pos is not showing the attributes in titles after a resync. Is there anything that i missed? I’ve reached out to the theme author to check for any conflicts.

#1. it support offline sales follow this way : while you are working, internet disconnect suddenly, you still able working without wait internet signal. your sale auto sync with website once internet connect again.
if you want full offline, just simple install xampp on your pc and run it 100% offline

1) We want to install on our wordpress multi site main site, will there be any issues?
2) Are we able to sell weight based items. We sell items by ounce
3) Does this work with any Square terminal hardware? We currently have Square reader tap and chip, will the Square integration work with this hardware?
4) We want to be able to add processing fee separate from tax to each transaction on product level or cart level, is this supported?
5) Does this have any add on for POS Customer Kiosk Checkout, we would like customer facing POS screen with limited options. Customers can place order for cash on delivery. It will appear as processing and cashier will complete payment collection on cashier POS screen.
6) Is stock inventory shared with online inventory? We want it to be shared

Each outlet can integrate with its own Square terminal for local payments, and all outlets can be monitored and managed from our admin dashboard. Is this possible with your plugin currently!

We have updated the support ticket please check and answer all the questions please. Also how do we specify tax on product level. In our state, tax is not required on certain products and services so tax needs to be on product level. On the product we have changed it to non taxable but it still assess tax on the item when we do a test transaction.

I am just asking about the Mobile Screen Products display layout setting, as currently in your demo, on Mobile QR-Code Menu display shows 3 Products in a row, and 4 rows show on a single page / a total of 12 Products shown at a time on Mobile.
